Waited for 30 min in drive thru, after i finally got my food the smell of burnt food filled my truck cab, get home to find the buns of my beef and cheddars burnt up and while eating, the seasoning on the bun thats was burnt black crumbled my back left lower molar, the pain unreal, will never go to that location again and depending on what my dentist says, depends on if i file with the courts, dentist bills arent cheap, and food that cost so much should be at least half as what they advertise, not burnt up
Now I paid damm near 12 dollars for this meal and this is what I got n the fries was cold like come now I paid all this and can't get no damm hott fries smh
Just ordered and ate got sick over it and the lines are so slow all the time i come here bc they only have one person working ot takes like 30 to 45 minutes to just pay for the food
I spent $5 and was told this medium cup was a large. Next, this location is always our of everything. Today they had no soda at all. A complete and total mismanaged mess. Not to mention being ripped off! I just had a large drink two days ago. This is surely not a large
There was no one but one car in drive thru I still had to wait almost 15 min.but there was only one person working counter and window. But fries were like warm and my sandwich was literally just bread and meat thrown in the sandwich wrap.didn't have any sodas at all .wasn't good experience .for not having been in along time.used to love arbys.
10 thumbs down that nastyiest by far Arby's in Columbus my Ruben is so dry Frye's and cheese sticks were old horrible avoid at all cost and it took forever to get any service
Food is cold and we waited a few minutes longer cuz it was supposed to be fresh fries and I only live 6 minutes from there and there are no type of warm when we get to my house in the pot tastes watered down for spending 40 bucks there for three meals it was not worth it
Wonderful employees, clean and great food! Definitely the best in the area!
