Visited this Arby's location for lunch and it was not bad. It is not a standalone, full-size restaurant but it has the full menu offered by other Arby's locations. I got the roast beef, chicken nuggets, and fries. The food was good, the service was nice, and the visit was quick. I would visit this location again.
Love love love their chicken bacon ranch fries, roast beef sliders and their Buffalo sliders. All of our food was fresh a delicious
The sandwich was bad. Service was good they were nice. The atmosphere was what was expected. They were not stocking the lids, straws, etc... no idea why. Seemed no one wanted to do the work from behind the counter. The table was sticky.
They even reply with dead links lol. Arby's of Jonesboro is becoming one of the biggest jokes in fast food!
BTW!!!! Where's the meat??!
I recently took my 4yr old here because we were gifted a gift card! The inside is decorated so adorably, and she loved the Christmas tree! ???? The service was so polite no matter how much I bugged them, and my kiddo loved interacting with them. And the food was HOT & fresh. We sat inside and ate and really enjoyed ourselves. Will have our girl dinners here more often! ????
I ordered food from this location on 12/31/23 at about 5:15 pm. The child that was running the drive thru was the absolute rudest person I've ever met. Shoved my debit card back in my hand. Then I had to reach waaaaay outside of my vehicle to grab my drinks and food. The kid never said a word the whole time. Trust me go somewhere else for food!
They're always very helpful and friendly inside and out. Dependable meaty food. All of their sandwiches are pretty good. I get a big dosing of roast beef on a regular bun with a buffalo slider. The cheese sticks are also good. Watch the drive thru curb as it will ruin your wheels if you don't know how to drive
Stopped by on our way from a vacation in AL on Saturday night of Christmas Eve Eve. Food was good, hot and fresh. The Gyro was the freshest and hottest one I can remember having at Arbys in a long time. Mac and Cheese bites are very good but a little pricey for me.
The best part of this visit was the service. I saw roughly 5 younger gentlemen working, interacting with customers and providing great service that you don't see much of anymore. They were talking, working, getting food out as quickly as possible and seemed to really enjoy their job and co-workers. They called the name on the order and handed them their food rather than call the name and just sit it on the counter.
This definitely made an impression on me and I will remember this visit for the next time we are passing through Jonesboro.
Just tryed ordering tonight there exact words were there outta beef, fry’s, and not be cooking anymore tonight at 7pm, worst Arby’s I’ve ever visited !!!
