What a fun, friendly and welcoming staff!! Tiffany definitely goes above and beyond! She walks throughout the dining room checking on the customers! It most certainly makes a difference when a staff member LOVES their job!

Food was great the chicken melted in your mouth, it was so juicy. The pasta and potatoes were very tasty and seasoned to perfection. The green beans were flavorful and just so delicious. I had 2 plates it was that good then brought home some food for my daughter.
Got the market fresh turkey sandwich it had shredded turkey pieces 1 piece of bacon broke in hlf no ranch on it. Sandwich wasn't even cut and the girl at the window was very rude. Slammed the window in my face as I was getting my coupon together. All around bad service
No word... they are going down hill faster than free falling. Food was edible and that is it!!!!! I'll go elsewhere from now on.
Went through the drive thru about ten minutes ago. Was waiting at the window and the lady said “ pull around to the front thank you” and closed the window she came back about ten seconds later and said “you heard me” and then elaborated she wanted us to pull around with no one else in the drive thru. We just continued to wait by the window with no one else in line. A minute or so later the “manager” came over and gave us a refund and stated since we didn’t pull around they cancelled our order . I asked her why they cancelled our order and she stated “ if you mess up my times I don’t get my bonus” . It’s good to know that the solution to accurately representing the service you provide is to instead cancel the order so you can cheat the system. Well they gave us extra change and a free drink. I wonder if that will count against her. Side note came to the one in Nile’s ordered the same thing(they were waiting on chicken as well) and didn’t ask us to pull no attitude no nothing. Wild what a few blocks can do to peoples mindsets. Same situation totally different result. Don’t waste your time in Youngstown.
They’re always making mistakes on orders and online orders and majority of the time the window attendants have attitudes.
Go else where, they need better training . I rather eat instant ramen at home.
I love Arby's and as usual the food was hot and fresh. When I pass an Arby's my car wants to pull right in lol
