Staff were pleasant although is took 45 mins for my "fast food" order. I couldn't even taste the chicken on my sandwich. I requested brown sugar bacon but got regular bacon. Chicken was literally breading only, thinner then deli sliced meat. Smh
Not sure what's going on with this location but there is always an issue. Tonight apparently 1 staff member was missing and they had to close 30 mins early, after I waited in line for service. Couple months prior the location was closed completely during normal business hours with no explanation. What's the point of being next to a TA if your going to be so hit or miss with being open?
On my way home to NC, stopped to get gas and some food. Waited 30 minutes to get a chicken wrap. 10 minutes to place an order, even thought I was the only one in line and 20 to get my wrap. Kitchen staff was moving in slow motion with no sense of urgency. There were only 4 simple orders in front of me. It doesn’t take 20 minutes to put together 4 sandwiches.
This is the second time I went there. First time closed for no reason at 6 pm. No sign NOTHING.
Then last night there and waited in line for about ten minutes. Watching the young lady serving two others. Then out of the BLUE COMES AND SAID SORRY WE'RE CLOSING EARLY DUE TO SOMEONE JUST LEFT or
MISSING.
Not acceptable.
NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Nothing against the employees or the service, but the food is awful. Arby's uses some of the most disgusting low grade meat ever. At least the Hawaiian punch was good.
The staff at this Arby's are awesome, we were in this truck stop due to personal reasons for a little bit an these girls made us feel so comfortable, never looking down..one special girl on day shift was a Angel of mercy, sorry I can't remember your name.We can't thank her enough for her help,advice an your kindness shown Management...You have a great staff here ,hold on to them!!
Just stopped ay the Arbys at the 301 S near west Jacksonville. Got the best Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich I’ve ever ordered. Way to go staff at that location!
Absolutely the worst Arby's experience I've ever had.
It took about 45 minutes to get my order and once I got it, it was wrong and then it took another 20 minutes to correct it.
My family was done eating before I got my corrected order, so I had to take mine to go.
There were 3 employees all of which seemed to not care and strictly held to the attitude of "not my job".
The cashier was taking orders quickly, but wasn't helping serve the orders in any way.
The server was slow as molasses and the grill cook didn't care there was a full screen of orders waiting on their food to be served.
I normally don't give reviews, but this was bad enough, I had to say something.
If I could give it a zero, I would.
