Food wasn't even up to temperature like it was in a basket. Asked for my daughters chicken to be re made as they were cold. The lady behind the counter said I just took them out of the grease, which was a lie. She remade them grudgingly. I thanked her and rudely she replied uh huh. One bad seed. Decent atmosphere at least.
Despite being understaffed and inconvenient to get in and out of, the staff MADE SURE that I got the right order before I even had a chance to check the bag. I was floored. The restaurant was clean and the employees super friendly and attentive.
Ordered the French dip sandwich. You know what completes the French dip sandwich? The aju that comes with it. Received it but there was barely any in it. Two dunks and it was gone, had to eat the rest of my sandwich without it. I’ve already had to stop ordering fries from here because they’re always cold.
There was only one working cashier and fries and she was working it well! Wait time is not long at all and food was fresh! Happy hour 1pm-5pm is the best!
Every time I come to this location the food is great but today it was even better and the employees were so nice! I come about twice a month religiously. I think they know my face by now, haha

This is not what I expected. We wanted to try the Bacon Ranch Cheesesteak, so we came excited but left disappointed. The service was slow and there was no one in line but me and the car in front of me. Then when we got our food after waiting 15 minutes they forgot my drinks and my extra peppers on my sandwich. I had to find the bacon because it was so thin. There was hardly any meat and when I asked the lady about it she said they only come with 6oz of meat. It's mostly bread, cheese and ranch. So upsetting. I got 2 meals and it was 28 dollars. I could have went to another place and got full for less.
