Not a good Arby’s. Beef is sliced too thick and is gross and tough like that. Also not much of the gross meat on the sandwiches. Mozzarella sticks had been cooked a long time ago and not kept warm. We threw away over half of what we ordered. Keep driving until you get to a different Arby’s.
Ordered kids meal chicken nuggets and they were overcooked so hard my grandson could not bite them. I could not bite them. Do better for kids. Young lady at window was very nice.
Got a beef and cheder on Sunday - exactly what I ordered. Guy taking the order was ok, not over friendly, not a grouch. Exactly what I'd expect at a gas station fast food restaurant. If I'm driving by there again, I'm more than happy to get Arbys from here.
went through drive thru, ordered shakes. an old guy that looks like he's never showered began having a coughing fit in his hands. you could literally HEAR THE PHLEGM!! he looked at me and my husband, wiped his hands on his shirt and that's it!! no washing, no sanitizer NOTHING!! he was mad that we were watching him so he kept glaring at us, then he went over next to the guy making our shakes! SO GROSS ???? i panicked, didn't say anything just took the shakes since i already payed then threw them away. no idea what he could've done to them! they really shouldn't hire people that are so disgusting!!
We tried stopping here on our way to Pennsylvania at 9:15 and it says they close at 10 . Nobody answered the drive through and all the tables were out up on the chairs but we saw workers hanging out behind the Counter. Now we have to drive to another town to eat.
The wait in the drive-through was very long, even sitting at the ordering speaker. It was about 5 minutes before anyone said anything on the speaker, did not get my order right, and were kind of rude.
Went there on national cheese day to buy a cheese key ring was told they never got any if it was a national thing than was it management fault or arby send them ? To bad I still like arbys but I think I will go to one with better management
Sliders were not good. Meat was sliced way too thick and sandwiches were sloppy. Ordered 15 sliders and other food, all crammed into one bag, with all the sandwiches mushed at bottom of bag. Service was fast though.
