I know these reviews be lying. They are the slowest "fast food" in town BY FAR I could be second in line. I pull up and have to wait 5+ minutes to have my order taken, and then wait for it to be put in a bag.
I have been in line for almost 30 minutes and I was only the third car in line. Make it make sense.
My husband and I have always enjoyed the food. This is the one place where we can come for a quick bite and its always the same. Something I thought was cool about Arby's is they are helping schools by paying off lunch fees.
Last night was not a good experience. Usually the service is way better, however I was left waiting about 8 minutes before I was able to order. I think one or two of the workers were new so I will give them a bit of time to adjust.
The food is what you get; it's nothing special. It's not bad, and sometimes it's bold...but it's not amazing.
The service at this location seems very apathetic. You can say that we shouldn't expect more out of the employees, but I do because there are a number of fast food places just down the road, where the employees are very helpful and engaged.
Updated (4-25-24) lost a star on service. Got out of work late and was motivated by my brisket sandwich waiting for me. Get there only to be told that they had run out - no notice in app. Okay, roll with it. They offered me any other sandwich - chicken, I said. Sorry that'll be at least five minutes waiting because it's not cooked yet. "Fine, what can I get right now and leave?" Roast beef...fine. (Five minutes later) here's your food. I know this is a one off, but it was a really terrible trip -- next time it's the Braums...they at least seem to be back to pre-covid service.
Atmosphere: I like the design. It's modern but not crazy. Feels like a nice place to just sit down. Shame I'm always in the drive thru.
Ordering via drive thru. First of five cars waiting for a small order. Absolute nonsense. Wait time has been beyond 20 minutes for two sandwiches.
This location is very slow beware.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The sandwiches are hot and delicious. My experience is through the drive-thru and the staff are fast and my orders are correct.
I love Arby's and the one on kickapoo is Nice after remodel. But the drive thru is horrible. It has a curb on one side and a red railing on the other. Ment for small cars, I drive a 2500 and the curb scratch my tires so much to avoid hitting the railing. Please fix the drivethru.
