Went to Arby's with the friends and family last night. Night manager guy was amazing, very friendly. The food was all fresh, which meant we waited a little bit, but so worth it. Would definitely recommend coming back here.
We come here all the time and its great. The only time we have issues for breakfast are with the older lady who goes on drive thru she rushed us the entire time we didnt even get to finish ordering and she got off the speaker and then also at the window we went to tell her sauves we did want but couldnt speak again bc she closed the window on us. She usually either messes up our order or in this cases rushes us and is just straight up rude. I hate dealing with her only. Would think things would go much smoother with out her on takeout or her dealing with customers in general
Love Arby’s but this one place in particular was a bit of a headache, always order sliders which doesn’t take longer than 3 minutes to get them and I understand they were busy with a lot of orders but there was one specific girl short and African American that was putting my order in the bag but took awhile to give it to me because she was to busy texting on her phone and I could clearly see she was on messenger getting texts and texting back, one guy finally grabbed my bag and gave it to me. There’s no need for an employee to be on their phone when doing their job.
I arrived at 1:58 and was told if I wanted happy hr $1 sliders I'd need to drive back around the building and wait until 2 p.m. vs paying almost double...75% more($1.69+tax). By time I did so I ended up waiting 23 min thru drive thru due to all cars then lady at window said, "he could've overrode it that close so you know next time." Tell him so he knows next time. Other than that very friendly, kind and respectful service.
Always seems to be extremely slow i get that some days places are busier than others but every day there is an unacceptable wait time from service to receiving your food. And some of the staff really have terrible customer service skill I'd say a good training could be usefull and beneficial to the business food is ok and could
be better. .
It was terrible in the parking lot area. It was dark as heck. They didn't have any of the lights on outside. Not by the ordering area and when I drove around to the pay window that was dark as heck also. When I asked about it she said they were so busy they didn't have time to turn them on. That's funny, the one sweeping the floor could have. Unless they didn't teach her how. Someone could get jumped and robbed and they don't care enough to turn on the lights. What don't the company want the business.
January 31,2024 went today and was happy I had. The employees were wonderful and polite and helpful and friendly and understanding. All of the employees on duty tonight deserve a hand. Thank you all for being there today. Best visit I have had there in a while. Location is East market and Parkman Rd NW.
Very polite cashier with a beautiful smile and a fantastic personality! That Crispy Fish was delicious!!!!
I would have to say I would go back here anytime in the area they were very professional I loved it
