Such a nice woman. Dining room was closing in a couple of minutes, but the nice woman let me dine inside. Couldn't take being in the car anymore.
Greek gyro may not be the best, but it is consistent. Try finding an open Greek restaurant at 9pm on a Sunday. Curly fries always rule.
She was cleaning the Dining room and kudos for her keeping the place tidy.
I'd go back, just for the curly fries AND THE MEATS!
This place is so gross and when I. Mentioned it I was told to get out in not so nice words I'm upset strictly because when one is trying to be polite and Mention that it's pretty bad maybe you may need to listen a little I love the brand Arby's and I'm aware this is not to standards I will not recommend this location
Honestly. These guys needed help last few times we visited. I know they said they had new crew, but they had like 6 vehicles pulled ahead. If they gonna do that, they need to implement a system for better offer retrieval (hand out numbered cards for windows or something).
Also the lot is NOT geared for that kind of order parking.
We also waited a good 30 minute on our order. Chicken nuggets, 1 LG fry, 2 chicken sliders, 2 beef sliders, and one regular beef sandwich without cheddar.
They didn't add sauce and weren't prepped to have it on hand when handed out at the window.
I know yall are struggling. Servers were nice which helps a lot.

It's time for a remodel of this location, food is ok nothing special. Fish sandwich is the reason I stop in to get, which was great, then I stop by another time to retry the roast beef and it wasn't as great tasting as it use to be. The crinkle fries were over salted.
I placed an order online for my wife, 3 children and myself last night just before closing. I have made purchases at the location countless times I've my life in Aragona. The gentleman who is named "Wanyan", I completely apologize if I spelled it wrong is the best experience I've had with any fast food location in quite a while. Being a large family that needs multiple items for our order. The gentleman seems to be working all alone but he had no issues completely our order in reasonable time and without any issues. Everything we ordered was there, it was fresh, and all the condiments and utensils were present. Even thought it was just before closing the gentleman made our order with a smile and friendly attitude! To top it all off as he moved us to help other customers with the same grace. He brought our order to us!!! The man is a keeper and I will give him the props he deserves anytime I speak of Arby's!!!
Pulled up at 10:10pm, no one said anything to me in the drive thru until 10:14. Made order with the manager Nichole, who was absolutely not courteous, and in fact made me feel like I was wasting her time ordering food. Paid for my food at 10:16.
I ordered 3 sandwiches and a medium curly fry. I come here often and expect to wait 5 minutes or so for fries. So I pull into a empty parking spot as she requested. At 10:33 my food finally arrives, get home to find no sauce that I asked for in the bag and my "medium" fries look like this: (see picture) almost 30 minutes there.
Absolutely will not be coming back, and will be contacting corporate in the morning.
0 stars should be an option. As much as I love Arby's roast beef, today I experienced the absolute rudest customer service. I pulled up to the drive thru to place my order, the lady says to hold on for a moment. After 5 mins of nothing, I said how much longer do we have to wait, there are now other cars behind me? A different voice, yells back with a very nasty attitude saying 'just a few more minutes ma'am, we had a couple of large orders we need to get out!!" I then responded with oh, because I didn't know why I was waiting so long." No response to that. I pulled off. I can take my business elsewhere because if you responded that way to me, there's no telling what you would've done to my food. They offer Star service courses for many companies, Arby's on the blvd near Aragona, invest in that!
UPDATED: 2nd time I asked for refund!
I was very skeptical, I tried to tried the wagu burger burger and I was shocked it was very good, minus the blue onion of course
