It seems this place always does this to me… where’s my jalapeños? Oh and my cheese? The first one I ate from this order didn’t have jalapeños ???? you got one job, make what the people order and make it right… this is just plain out lazy and someone not doing their job… I expect to be burning my mouth w jalapeños that’s why I order this… it’s easy jalapeños, cheese and roast beef ???? and you’re suppose to put a certain amount not just this lil bit on one side of my sandwich ????????♀️ some peoples children man…
Used to be good now the service and food is not any good. Other towns are much better and cheaper. $3.36 for a large fry and hardly anything in it.
We ordered 6 sandwiches at about 8 pm and they were clearly pre-made. Luke warm and bad tasting made it the last time I'll go to Arby's in Gillette
This place is supposed to be open at 7am. It’s now almost 10am and the doors are locked. Two cars in the parking lot. Too many ppl that need jobs to have the employees doing whatever they want. Do better!
The Gillette location is possibly the most efficient and definitely the best Arby’s I’ve been to.
This was the best experience we've ever had at an Arby's. Our food was ready mere seconds after ordering! Everything was hot and fresh and yummy. The staff working were very friendly, too. Plus, the dining area was very clean. Our only disappointment was that the shake machine was broken as we all were looking forward to Jamocha shakes. However, we would stop again in a heartbeat.
Place has gone completely downhill. Stopped in last night and bought food for the family. $30 bill, got home and half of my order was missing. I called down, the kid that answered said I remember making what you say is missing, there are only 2 of us here then hung up on me. Never again.
The cashier was so nice. All happy and cheery eyed. So that made things better. The food was good. Nice n hot. But my bun tasted and felt old. It was hard. But we all still ate. We were starving. But other then that it was good.
