Excellent service. The order taker looked like the late great Ray Liotta. He was very friendly. My big roast beef sandwich was delicious.
This was my first time visiting this Arby's. The dining room was clean. The service was friendly. The food came quickly and was fresh and well prepared. I will eat here again. I had the bacon ranch burger with mozzarella sticks. Follow me for more ideas!
Lately, the food has not been good. Usually it's really good. From what they said, they no longer have the 2 for $7 deals.
The food that we did order, we asked for cheese sause. They put a drop on each one. Did not give arbys sause even tho we asked for some. The food was not hot, big downfall from what they usually serve.
I placed a mobile order and when I finally got to the drive thru speaker I was told to come in. My foot is broken and why do I need to come in? They said it wasn’t ready could I go to the back of the line. After waiting another 10 minutes I get my food and the fries were half full completely cold. No napkins, no sauce, no ketchup. I only ordered two small sandwiches, two small fries, and two small drinks. I’ve never had good service here and it had been over a year since I’d been the last time. I know food service is the worst, but the prices are super high and it’s not the customer’s fault for the low pay and conditions. We are all struggling. Is it too much to ask to make any attempt at decent service anymore? If I hadn’t already prepaid, I definitely would have gone anywhere else. Won’t be back.
Great place! I'm so glad this new Arby's is so awesome. Ringgold definitely deserved a decent food place, and this is definitely it! Service is always fast, never had to wait more than 5 minutes for food. My order has always been correct and always a good temperature. There's constantly someone cleaning the dinning area so it's fresh and clean all the time. If you're looking for a good place to eat in Ringgold, this is the place to go!
My family was ordering supper, and we were there a little late around 9:00 or so, my son ordered chicken fingers. When we get to the window, I'm assuming it might have been the manager, told me that she's so sorry but she can't in good conscience give me the chicken fingers that they already had prepared, so she asked if it was okay to make fresh ones.
In my opinion, that's going above and beyond these days. Most places would have given hard, dried out chicken fingers. Good job Arby's in Ringgold ????
