Felt safe here, not threatened as I would at most DART Stations.
The restrooms and inside waiting areas are almost always never open when I arrive I usually have to wait outside in the rain or cold
A good option on the weekend when there is not as busy as weekdays. We use it to travel to Stars games.
Clean, decent station with a protected walkway that runs beneath Arapaho Road to the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) bus station area. The DART bus station area has a (usually) staffed info desk, an indoor air conditioned waiting area, private restrooms, cold water fountains, and snack & beverage vending machines.
For a public transportation center in the DFW area, it's about as good as it gets. Helps that it's in a good part of town, of course!
They shutdown customer access to the inside waiting facilities and breed hoards of mosquitoes to deter them from ever coming back. DART is beyond saving at this point and needs to be shut down themselves.
Dart needs to increase security and lighting at this location. All train station with indoor stations should be open until its last train/bus.
Dart transit is no good at all to much bad things happen under surveillance and seems inside job
Need more Dart Security there there a big black Dart police on a motorcycle always sleeping on his bike doesn't care about nothing around him.
