Excellent mechanic shop, honest and very capable. Their prices are extremely fair. I take all my cars there and I highly recommend them.
I had just left my vehicle with them for diagnostics, told them to give me a call once they know what the issue is so we can discuss a resolution and what it would cost.
Couple hours later I got a phone call that the car is ready and my total is almost half a grand. I have no problem paying for good HONEST labor, but this was neither of the two things.
I wasn't happy about the situation but was willing to bite the bullet as the job had been done although unauthorized - I'm not the kind of person to not pay for someones time. I was then told its cash only, further making it a scummy situation.
I was only able to pay with card - they refused, ended up taking the parts out in 5 minutes and leaving the car as I brought it up along the side of the entrance.
I tried asking the owner for an invoice so I may understand how the dollar amount came to be, he kept saying he has one but refused to provide one. I just wanted to know what I'm paying for before I pay it - ended up without a car for a week only to be given it back as it was originally.
Tried paying the owner multiple times over as long as he could show the costs on paper. Wasn't able to - ended up telling us "its okay" and went back inside.
Bad to No Communication.
Will do unauthorized work and charge you for it.
Unprofessional behaviour when it comes to resolutions.
Unorganized and messy shop.
There are safer more transparent options to automotive shops, don't get caught with your pants down by this one.
