I took my little man out for Valentine’s Day, the place was fairly clean and we were seated right away.
Our waitress was amazing, she was professional and friendly. She balanced her section very well and checked in on us to see if we needed anything.
There was a wait for the food and drinks, however it was a holiday.
Great food and great service! There was no wait and the waiter was very nice and helpful. The food was delicious and it wasn't a long wait at all. The Cesar salad was very fresh and delicious. The chicken mac and cheese is so good here. I recommend this place to eat.
Decent sit down restaurant. I tried their $15 all you can eat. The riblets are all bone and they slow down delivering the plates and try to fill you up on fries.
Ordered a classic burger to go. Marketing photo on their website shows lettuce, tomatoes, and onion. Burger I received is literally just bun, patty, and cheese. Very disappointing and really pissed off now. Misleading ripoff and lazy employees
Waited 5 minutes to be seated even though it wasn’t busy and there were many tables open. The hostess seemed annoyed with us (literally just my husband and I.) Multiple patrons stared at us? Like, stared us DOWN. We eventually got seated in a tight spot (again, open tables everywhere.) Then, NO ONE even said hello. Sat there for 5 or 10 minutes while being ignored entirely by the staff. Got up and walked out. I haven’t been to an Applebee’s in about 15 years, and I guess that was for good reason. I’ll be advising friends and loved ones of my experience here.
Came in on Mother's Day. Walked in to the bar & went to a table. Figured someone would notice & help me. I was greeted with what seemed like blatant and deliberate indifference. Everyone made an effort to not notice me (even when walking directly towards & passing a foot away). I was kind of laughing to myself when Stephanie saved the day. She was kind, helpful, engaging and patient. She waited on me, took my order, brought the correct order to me and was kind & pleasant. If it were not for her efforts, I'd be giving one star. But a five-star lady doing a five-star job saved the day. Thanks Stephanie & Happy Mother's Day to you!
The reason I gave it a two star is because we both got sick. I don't know if it was our drinks or our food. The waitresses We're new and we're trying their best. I got the tomato soup And it came out with less than a half a bowl. I talked to the manager she says that they weigh it and portion it at the beginning of the day. There was more croutons than soup. It definitely doesn't look like a picture On the menu. Also we had to ask for silverware in napkins and this is after we got our food.
Our waitress JADA was everything.
She was super friendly, calm with the craziness, and kept up on everything and was constantly checking in on us.
Very beautiful person inside and out and definitely would highly recommend and will be looking out for her in the future.
One of the best services received especially with a big group for my daughters 8th birthday on a Friday night.
Waitress = awesome
Food = Good
Drinks = fantastic
