Rachel is the greatest, most friendly, and kindest GM I ever met. She continuously walks around making sure each table is doing good, while also appears to be working the absolute hardest helping the kitchen, as well as the front staff. She shows true dedication and drive to make her store the best, which it absolutely is. I’m so thankful to witness such an amazing, and caring GM go above and beyond for all her teammates, as well as her regulars, and all customers. Keeps me coming back every Wednesday and Sunday
This place is under new management and the old staff is being replaced with new & better employees!!! So they definitely deserve grace! I think people forget that restaurants and their employees deserve grace and compassion as there are people there that do their best to get things right and provide excellent service! If you have an issue, speak up and let your server know so that they can rectify it, especially if they check on you several times to ask if you're okay! I visited today and my server was Peach, I noticed another table talking about something they disliked but never mentioned it to their server to rectify it even though she checked on them several times! Well, me and my family had a great experience! She was very attentive, personable and friendly! Peach had an amazing memory, she made sure our food was served correctly even though at first someone brought out the wrong plate she immediately solved the situation! Every sauce we needed and refill was provided promptly! Peach truly made our experience so pleasant & the food was delicious as well! The burgers and bourbon chicken are the best!!! We know that in these times patience and kindness can go a long way and we appreciate that there was even staff there so that we could go out to eat today!!! This Applebees is on the come up & we will be back! Thank you so much for the great service Peach and thank you to management for the new and great team !
Oh my goodness. Let me just say the atmosphere was clean, staff was amazing! Alissa the manager was awesome. They made sure our food was everything we asked for with no problems or attitude. If I could give them a 10 I would!
First time at this location. Our waitress was not the best, honestly. Slow service... we ordered the appetizer with all the different sides and chicken strips with fries.. the appetizers' portion size was excellent.. The chicken strips were delicious.. Overall, everything was descent. They have the best strawberry lemonade ????
Had to go here in a pitch, and I remembered all the reasons why not to go here real fast. Food was gross, not just that it tasted weird but appears to be on dirty plates which was very unpleasant. The difference between the menu picture vs the reality was comical.
I have been coming here for a few days well my sister is admitted to a near by hospital. Easy walk from the hotels. PATRICK P is AMAZING . Best bar tender ever. Attentive and actually remembered me. Asked about my sister's health daily and went above and beyond for me. He was running the whole place yet made everyone feel like they were the only ones there. I will drive to this location to visit him often.
I had the sweet & spicy chicken sandwich and chicken tortilla soup. One bartender Sam was fantastic. She made sure to check in on us. Also Kaedi was our waitress and was also fantastic. Both have waited on us and have gone above & beyond to make sure our food was they way we wanted it.
Carry out, I had to wait 30 minutes inside the store. Food quantity and quality has gone down. Salmon piece was so small and tasted nasty, straight to garbage.
