If you have the opportunity to have Isaac as your server, he's awesome! He clears plates, brings refills and sells the product. He's a tough act to follow! He should teach others. The food was good. Little extra liquid under my skillet mashies and the shrimp was a bit cold but chicken was moist. Burger was good. Service A+ Food A-
This place is almost always slow and it takes way to long for food to come out. The waiter that served us today didn't want to serve us. Applebee's needs to offer a side salad as a healthy option to meals. Other restaurants do. There are people that cannot have deep fried stuff like fries or even carbs. Ordered the blacken salmon and it came out undercooked. You need to improve before you go out of business.
Normally pretty good-however, my experience today was pretty bad. Ordered one of their newer chicken sandwiches through door dash and it was still raw in the middle. Unfortunately, I had eaten some of it before cutting through the thick, middle and was unpleasantly surprised at what I found. Hope I don't get sick. This has never happened to me here before so I'm hopeful it was just an unfortunate accident.
Edit-1/15/24 after many attempts to contact corporate through the link they provided, no one has ever gotten back to me. So not only will they feed you raw chicken but they'll ignore you and pretend it didn't happen. Don't eat here, don't want anyone getting sick.
Delicious and the staff was nice. It was a little bit of a wait but it wasn't bad. Our waitress was very helpful and outgoing. We got the Halloween drinks and they were delicious, one happened to be a frozen drink which was a great surprise! Will definitely be going back
Wasn't to busy so not sure why actual service was so slow. Plenty of workers seemed to be standing around. After ordering, drinks & food came quickly. Said they couldn't do " upside app" but I made them. They figured it out. No one came around checking customers/tables to make sure everything was good. I always see managers going to tables at other Applebee's.
Went there and told us a 15 minute wait and place half full. She had a nose ring and not very polite. Went to Red Lobster great service and friendly people.
This was our first time getting Applebee’s in over a year. Very disappointed to say the least!! We got garlic parm boneless wings and they looked “naked”. Almost no sauce. Also tasted undercooked. Couldn’t even finish eating them. All of our other food was just bland. For the price you pay there, the food should hit every time. We probably won’t be getting applebee’s for another year or so…
Ordered burgers with waffle fries thinking it would be quick and simple. Waited quite some time for it to come out, only to be served crumbs of fries. Our server, Rose, never came to check on us once food was delivered. Poor service and the excuse was “you should’ve told me”. Sweetie you never came over and we’re not going to yell across the restaurant. An apology would’ve gone a long way.
