A friend of mine and I meet twice a month at this Applebee's location. The food and service have always been good. On May 23rd 2024, my friend and I meant for dinner and our waiter was Craig T. The restaurant was only 25% occupied. The service was terrible and I left only a 13.5% tip. When I went online to check my credit card he had given himself a 28.7% tip. Needless to say we won't be going back!!!
Our appetizers were hotter than our food. I steaks came out cold. I would like to thank our waitress Toya. She was very nice, she greeted us with great service. We thank you Toya. Keep up the good work. You are phenomenal.
Maaannn!! Idk who was working in that kitchen early afternoon but they need a raise!! I ordered the broccoli chicken alfredo bout lunchtime [car side to go] & when I got home & tasted it i IMMEDIATELY started doing my [food] happy dance!! That chicken was seasoned PERFECTLY!! Not a single pinch of salt or pepper was needed ???????? Kudos to the chef ????????
Ordered ribeye steak that came with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I know Applebees isn't known for its steaks, but I was in the mood.
It was decent, cooked to correct temperature, but wasn't nearly the best of steaks I've had.
My service was good. Atmosphere? There were many tables not yet cleared. That wasn't the most appealing.
I'd say my experience was good, but there are other venues that are better.
My party of 3 came in, tables were dirty so we were directed to another table but the people sitting next to that table were reacking of weed. Ugh. Ask to move but lazy waitress didn't want to clean table.
Applebee's food is good but SERVICE SUCKS......We just left.
So we got the triple chocolate meltdown cakes desserts to go. This is the portion of ice cream they said they give out now ! This is sad! Then it was cold they said that’s how they serve it to go, meanwhile I always get it at other locations like Greentree and Robinson and it’s never cold or this little bit of ice cream ! Just better off not coming here.
11/6/23 UPDATE: the manager Thea asked me to call her which I did and she said she would send me a gift card for the mess up! I have yet to receive a gift card and I also emailed her again on October 27th and have yet to hear anything! The customer service definitely needs help at this restaurant!
Our waitress was so friendly and always pleasant.
I was just here tonight and im not to happy with my experience (food wise) . the customer service was great, but food wasnt. my ribblets were literally GREY and barely had sauce. On top of that, as i took a bite they were FREEZING cold, no char on them or anything. I then asked for the boneless wings and fries and was only given FOUR of them . Mind you this was 15.99 for basically 4 nuggets and fries. Once again, nothing wrong with their employees , its the FOOD QUALITY
