My friends and I dined here last night and it was god awful experience. First of all it took us over an hour to get our food and it wasn’t even busy . We ordered the all you can eat 14.99 and waited another hour just to get our second serving of food we couldn’t even benefit from the special because it was taking too long . Then had the audacity to give us this little desert like what even is this ???? On top of that the food runner we had at first can’t even speak at ALL no disrespect but he need to be in the kitchen . Yall have got to do better , literally wasn’t busy at all and waited over two hours ….. atleast offer us a refund or something .
My family came to eat dinner. Nobody ever came for almost 20 mins. Place went down hill. Nasty, and dusty. Needs a deep clean for it to be a restaurant. Look like it haven’t been cleaned in years. Dust bunnies everywhere. Blinds are dirty. Light fixtures dusty. Poor customer service.
Went there to have some good time with two of my friends, ordered three burgers, and got actual HAIR inside of one of them. The server started yelling when i told her about it, so i asked for the manager, he was nice with us however the servers were very rude and unprofessional. I would never ever go to this place again!!
Place was a little dark, it could use some more lighting. Other than that, Nikki was very kind and got our food and drinks out promptly.
Dollar margs were on point and the dishes were hot and they tasted pretty good! I'd definitely come back.
I was forced to go to this location, due my local location not currently accepting take out orders. I was hoping this one would do a better job with managing the curb side service. No such luck. I understand that when busy, orders will not exactly be on time. It happens. The restaurant provided a pickup time. I arrive 5 minutes after, click on the “I’m here” button and wait 5 more minutes for them not to come out. I call to say I followed the instructions and have been sitting for 5 minutes and just wanted to let them know I’m here. The worker said he had been in the kitchen tending to other orders. Cool. I said thank you and waited 10 more minutes.
A few minutes after getting off the phone, another car arrives and the worker comes right out smiling and hands that car their order, looks and me and just walks back inside. After 5 more minutes, I just walk in to get my order. The worker starts walking out of another area with a bag and hands it over. Again, I understand that food service isn’t always prompt. It was just the lack of acknowledgment that really irked me.
4pm Upon walking in the entry way it smelled like the worst BO. Thankfully it went away when entering the restaurant. The staff was very hospitable with seating and greeting at table. While looking at the menu my hands were covered in sticky grime. After looking at the menu i noticed no happy hour menu, just drinks. I talked with our very kind server and apologized for having an appetite for things not offered. My son and I went for some happy hour apps after school. Nope they only have hh food 10p-11p now. This location is in dire need of a deep cleaning and revamp.
They literally are infested with cockroaches. I have video proof. Just ask the health department.
My husband and I went here for diner as we love our Applebee's back home. We were greeted, but took a while to seat us. The waitress came over and got our drinks and order. The chips and cheese we ordered as an appetizer was bad, chips tasted like oil and cheese tasted like potoato soup. We ordered our meals with salads that came out the same time our meal did, the salad looked as if it came off someone else's plate, the croutons were already soggy. The main meal was not that good it was cold, and we only seen our waitress once. Will NEVER be back. Poor service and bad food.
