Loved it! Went there on my bday and my husband and I ordered 2 for$28, had whiskey bacon burgers and artichoke dip as a appetizer, plus drinks. Was so impressed with my service from Kayla S, that I gave her a tip and I generally don’t tip often. She made my bday. The french fries were perfectly done and seasoned.
The food and service were exceptional. I ordered a cheeseburger, wings, and ribs, and found the portions to be decent for the price. The turnaround time for serving was quick, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained.
We were seated with menus and waited 15 minutes and nobody came to take food or drink order. Others seated after us were helped. After waiting 15 minutes, 1 in our party of 4 went up and asked an employee if we could place our order and explained we had been waiting a while. We waited almost 10 more minutes before our waitress came to take our order. It was not busy at this time. The waitress was just visiting with other coworkers. The couple that was with us got their drinks (which were made incorrectly) but I didn't get mine. Not having seen our waitress for a long time, we asked another waitress if she could track down my mixed drink. She was the one that brought my drink. A third lady brought our food which was delicious. While still eating, our original waitress comes and brings our checks without asking if we needed any refills on drinks or wanted to order more food. She only came back to take payment from us. The other waitress that got my drink kept checking in on us to see how we were doing even though it wasn't her table. She was super nice. We understand our waitress was relatively new, but we were unimpressed by her visiting with coworkers and not checking in on her customers. We had almost left before putting our order in due to having to wait so long with it not busy and just seeing our waitress just visiting. The other waitress that helped us (Lori) was absolutely excellent. We would absolutely go back in hopes to have her. She was working so hard to make sure all tables even ones not hers were taken care of. 10/10 loved Lori.
Food was good, but when we went to pay we used the device on the table which apparently was linked with another table. So we ended up paying for their meal. Rather than figuring out the difference they wanted to cancel that payment and run another but weren't sure if it cancelled so we paid twice and the manager was rude about whether we would get our money back. Her tone was rude and she should really work on being nicer to paying customers. A little decency can make all the difference in an experience
I’d like to start off on a positive note and say the food was great, the service, not so much. That being said, My wife, son, and i ate our entire meal with 4 empty drinks and two appetizer plates at the edge of our table(yes table, not booth so space was already limited). As we watched not only our server, but multiple other employees who also worked our section seemingly turn a check as they passed by our mound of dirty dishes. It wasn’t overcrowded nor had we said or done anything to result in such service, these young workers just didn’t seem to want to pick up the pile as it would be more than two handfulls!
I ordered the Asian Crispy Chicken salad. A nice portion of kimchi and about 5 bites of crispy chicken. About 1 bite of spinach and 1 tsp of what they call noodles. Very disappointed.
The server for a take out was good, and she gave me the request of extra dressing. Very friendly.
Not worth the price for a bunch of cabbage and a bit of chicken. Bread stick was good. Dressing was good.
My review is showing 5 stars. I am giving 2 to3 stars for FOOD. I don't know why it's doing that. The service was good. Is that what they are showng?
Found hair in food and it was Barely warm and seems like oil in frier might be old or something. Fried items were dark and harder than normal. Really disappointing when we spend 50 dollars to have a nice meal.
Only one waitress working and the place was busy. She did a fantastic job. I wish I could remember her name ! Food was excellent. Everything was as we ordered and served in a timely manner ! I will definitely be back !
