My shrimp pasta was GROSS. The pasta was VERY dry. The chips were burnt when it came out so we asked for new chips and they just put the burnt chips underneath to hide it. The dip wasn't even hot, it was cold. I wouldn't recommend coming here. Our server was apologizing and I understand it isn't her fault because she wasn't making the food but whoever the cook is here needs to be fired because the food is NASTY and they seemed too lazy to give us new chips.
Amazing service from the time I walked in the door. Greet as soon as I walked in. Very friendly service. Very nice customer service and made sure to listen carefully when taking my order. I was helped by Mike V. Very nice service and would recommend stopping by as I was just visiting for the weekend and had amazing service!
As someone who grew up eating at this Applebee’s, it’s always been meh. The last time I ate there it was great! The manager is awesome and I heard they just took over a few months ago so it takes time but I’m looking forward to what the future will be and I am very hopeful. I had a great time the last I was there with friends, the food was great and the service was amazing! The outside even looks so much better than that overgrown mess! Will definitely be coming back here and can’t wait for it to improve further.
The food was good. Waitress was very attentive. I've eaten here several times. I love the sampler appetizer. However, it is filling, and most times, I need a to-go box as I can't finish my meal. ????

We were seated promptly but that was all. No one acknowledged us and we were there for at least 20 minutes. Now we are at Los Portales across the street. Seated as soon as we walked in and given chips and dip. 3 minutes later she’s ready to take our order! Service with a smile!!
My server was Jamie she was AWSOME!! I love when a server smiles while waiting on customers. Fast and friendly and the food was great.
We had Kimberly as a server and she was AMAZINGGGG. Great personality I’ve never in my life had a server ask for my name and actually hold a conversation with me or my family. She genuinely seemed like she liked talking to us I loved her.
We ate there for lunch on Sunday 10/29/23. There were four of us. We should have left when it took 5+ minutes for anyone to come to the hostess stand to seat us, then an additional 7-8 min for someone to come get our drink order once we were seated. There were maybe four other tables at the time, so it wasn't like they were busy. My salad came out promptly, then we waited forever for our food. Our appetizer was served after our meals, only once we reminded our server. They didn't have my sons chosen side for his kids meal and his replacement fries took double the time to come out than they should have. My steak and mashed potatoes were cold when brought to the table and my husband's sizzling dish was barely sizzling. They took my plate back to be remade and it took at least 20 min to recook a rare steak. So it wasn't a surprise when it came out closer to well done. I was done at this point and asked for the check. Manager said she would see what she could do, check came out with one steak meal comped, and another one added for the steak they remade for me. We also had to ask for silverware, never received napkins, and no refills of drinks were offered. Poor service and poor training. We will never be back.
