Food was good. I got tue chicken fajita roll up. It was okay. Started unrolling a bit, but it was fine. I also ordered onion rings instead of fries and got fries. Had to tell our waitress that I had ordered onion rings in order to receive them. No big deal. Waitress also seemed a bit odd in that when I placed my order, she gave a look of "That's what you're getting?"
We met here to celebrate a friends birthday. Hannah was great with our party - very attentive and sweet. Made our night more pleasant!
Food was good, service was not good. One of our meals was either not put in to be made or given to someone else. In any case we had to wait more than 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich AFTER all the rest of the meals had been brought out. The waitress was so unaware she didn't realize we were missing a meal. After the meal finally came out the waitress did not apologize, but rather told me how mad SHE was that this happened. There was no communication from the manager or apologies. Just not good.
Good customer service, food wasn't that great. Quesadilla burger was soggy couldn't eat it. Definitely was a waste of money.
We left one Applebee's at 96th due to no service and came to this location.The server was Ash and she was great. Good attitudes fast service and the food was amazing ????????
Definitely Going Back
Our server, Hannah, made the evening perfect. She was so attentive and anticipated our drink refills and was very sweet. We will be back!
Pretty busy, but the food came out quickly, and was delicious. Great service as well
