Service was super slow. Our blended drinks were melted by the time we got it. My fish and chips were burnt. Noodles in Alfredo’s noodle was stuck together. Water cup was served dirty. Never coming back.
My wife and I decided to stop here for dinner tonight. Our experience was far from a good one. Our server Hazel was wonderful though; friendly and attentive. The place was busy and she was the only server on the floor. Props to Hazel. Unfortunately, the good stopped with our server.
We were informed after being seated that the kitchen had all new cooks who hadn’t had the proper training and didn’t quite know the menu yet so it was slow going getting food out of the kitchen. Okay. We ordered the classic combo. Took an hour to get our appetizer and everything was cold. Took another half hour to get our entrees.
I ordered the Bourbon Street Mushroom and Swiss burger. It was cold when it arrived. It was one of the worst burger that I have ever had. There were no mushrooms on my burger, which are the selling point of a Mushroom Swiss, and the burger was loaded down with the most disgusting and extremely over salted sautéed onions I have ever been served. They did bring out more mushrooms for me but those were also very over salted. The garlic Mayo served on the burger was foul. I was nauseous after one bite. I did not eat the rest.
My wife had the chicken fajita rollup. She said it was decent. I did not try it. My appetite was zapped after one bite of my burger.
The manager did offer me another burger to go. I appreciated that. I went with a regular cheese burger and fries. Nothing special and pretty hard to mess up. I hope. I haven’t eaten it yet.
Again, props to our server Hazel. She really was wonderful.
We won’t ever be back.
Headed here last minute after an AAU basketball game. There was about 18 of us. They were so accommodating and set up the back area. The server was absolutely wonderful. She was very attentive and tried her best to serve our large party. There were a few mishaps but it was understood as she was pretty much serving us on her own. Eventually they had others helping to brings the drinks and food. All in all I was very pleased with my server and the food was better than I expected.
Stopped today for lunch. The place had a horrible dirty smell right when we walked in. Got seated at a dirty table. I would understand if it was busy but there was nobody there but maybe one other couple and it was freezing cold. Rainy colder day and the air was on like it was a 90 degree day outside. We left and went elsewhere. The Place needs a deep clean. Will not be back
Stopped in for a late lunch, early dinner on a Sunday. There were only two other parties in the restaurant. The bar was empty also.
I ordered the Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger and my daughter ordered the Three Cheese Chicken Alfredo. The food came out pretty fast as they should considering the restaurant was basically empty.
My burger was OK. The patty was juicy and and cooked to my expectations but everything else was yuck. Maybe it was just me. The sautéed mushroom and onions were too salty. There was too much sauce for my taste. I did manage to finish it because I was hungry but regretted it soon after. It did a number on my stomach. Soon my daughter also complained she had a stomach ache as well. :(
We will not be going back.
The appetizers were good! Had the wanton tacos and the boneless wings. The main meal was a let down. We did the 2 for $28. The medium rare steak was burnt, as well as the chicken on the cheese chicken pene. My husband was very excited for the new mushroom and Swiss burger, it was forgotten on our original order and had to wait another 30 minutes for it, which came out as the wrong burger. The wanton taco appetizer was not entered correctly as the half price app., we were charged full price. We went up to the bar for more water after we asked 3 times. Very disappointing.
We waited 25 minutes in the waiting area to be seated and nobody even came over to help anybody get seated or even acknowledge that we were there. There was barely anyone seated and waitresses were walking past. We ended up walking out along with multiple other families. The family next to us said they were waiting over half an hour with no service.
Absolutely disgusting!! Nothing like getting food poisoning for Mother's day. Staff of girls just standing around talking in the bar. There were 3 dirty tables when we walked in that didn't even get cleaned until we were almost done eating. Bathroom was very dirty, there was a bathroom stall door on the floor when you walked in just laying on the ground. Steer clear from the wonton tacos, I've had these before but these were disgusting and the coleslaw was bad. This place should be shut down!!!
