My family we stopped here for dinner before going back home. We walked in, got greeted, and only waited 15 minutes for a table of 9. Appetizers were awesome, and our entree was good! Our waitress was extremely awesome!
2024: Delicious! Happy hour date with my 8 year old. We had half off appetizers, he absolutely loved the chips and queso and mozzarella sticks. The bourbon street chicken and shrimp was full of flavor and really tasty. Server was friendly and attentive.
2023: Applebee's never disappoints! Took my 7 year old here for his birthday dinner, he got to pick the restaurant. The bourbon street steak was really good, full of flavor. The French onion soup was super cheesy, hot and tasty. Kiddo had a kids Mac and cheese meal with cheese sticks, he loved it. Our server was very attentive and nice. Recommend!
Delicious! Enjoyed a family dinner for Valentine's day 2021. Service was great, we only had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Seating is at limited capacity, no more than 6 people to a table. The bourbon chicken and shrimp was soooo good. It sure is nice to enjoy a sit down restaurant again.
I met a friend I haven’t seen in a couple of years. We were there for 2 1/2 hours. Our Server was wonderful. She was attentive and she kept filling our water while we visited. She never once seemed upset that we were there for so long.
It was lovely. My partner was having some issues emotionally, and being in a comfortable atmosphere with kind people made a huge difference in their mood. I really appreciated it afterward.
Will never eat at this location again. Waitress dropped dishes in front of our table….spraying oily dressing all over me. Didn’t even have any concern that she may have gotten on customers. When we brought it to her attention, her response was.” accidents happen”….. she was more worried about getting it off the carpet then the fact that she got it all over a customer!
Our own waiter did not really care too much either when we brought it to his attention….
Just bad management in this location. People in the service industry, who know nothing about service and really don’t care to learn…… typical of most restaurants nowadays… avoid perfection….
Not the best mushroom and Swiss burger I've ever had. I guess I don't personally like the gravy on it. Service was fantastic though. I ordered pretty close to closing but they were all very nice to me anyway.
Good reception. Waiter very pleasant and helpful.
We offer the beef burger. Very delicious.
