Amazing meal. We done the two for 25 of the chicken and hamburger. The meals exceeded our expectations of taste and size... A huge thanks to Jay are server for being so nice and helpful. Please let him know we appreciated him.

Stopped in with friends and family on our way back home from Virginia and both the food and service were top notch. Our server, Fabian, was outstanding and attentive to every aspect of our orders, menu recommendations, etc. - and the food was delicious. It’s been ages since any of us received that kind of service. Thank you again for making this a pleasant experience. We look forward to coming back.
Ordered chocolate cake that comes with ice cream and was told they were out when I picked up order. I got the cake with no discount offered. They also forgot my breadsticks on a $45 order. They also asked a couple to wait 20 minutes when at most there was 10 people in the restaurant. I will never go back to this location.
Missing ingredients in the drink, asked for no tomato and the dish came without other ingredients but still had tomato, burger was way overcooked, couldn't even do the check right, overcharged during happy hour.
second time visiting this location. first time was great. this time was terrible. steaks were dry (looked like beef jerky on plate),burger was not the greatest either, fries cold,potatoes dry as well. we drove 1 hour to get there just to eat because grand parents loved it first time. we all will not be going to this location again. the 3 something rate first time was almost a no go because I personally never go to anything before 4 rating. I now see why the lower rating. we normally eat Applebee's in other places and always great but this is closest one to grandparents house which is still hour away.
My husband and I hadn’t been there for a few years; now I know why. We ordered the 2/25 with Caesar side salads. I questioned the waitress; but she said what she knew, which wasn’t helpful and then walked off before I asked her another question. The portions were good. But Caesar salads usually have a mix of greens, Romaine, Kale, etc.; this was mostly Iceburg as in a house salad. And the entrees were horrible. Chicken tenders were good inside but were overdone, too crisp on the outside and FF were average. My meal was so seasoned and salty I couldn’t eat it. The only thing that was good was the mashed pot. Needless to say, we won’t be back! The reason we stopped coming before is just for this reason; menu was changed and food way too seasoned.
Tonight was the first time I have eaten at Applebee's in over 15 years. Every single time was a dine in experience, but tonight was different. For the first time ever, I got take out.....only cuz my girl wanted it. I literally ordered my food, and it was ready 20 minutes later. The food tasted amazing but the accuracy of the order was my issue. I asked for no onions on my burger and there was a plethora of them on my sandwich. I ordered a shark bowl drink to go and did not get it. I asked the waitress about it and she said" let me check and see if the bartender got it". I didn't hear back from her, I ended up going in 10 minutes later. So I walk up to the bar, where most to go orders are picked up. I have my receipt clearly in hand, and listen to the bartender talk to a customer for 5 more minutes. She then asks, do you have a to go order? Seriously?! I have a receipt in my hand, I clearly have an order. I finally see the waitress that brought my order......15 minutes before hand. The bartender finally makes my to go drink, 15 minutes later. I finally get to leave, after ordering curbside pickup. Funny, cuz I had to go into pick up something that was forgotten. Now my food went from being warm when I got home to being cold. I wont be back for another 15 years after this.
Shrimp, blackened salmon and waffle fries were delicious. Had enough to take home for another meal.
