Had a really nice time weren't busy @ all dinner~ We had a really nice server Efficient but not overwhelming.
We had 2 apps. Garlic parm. Boneless wings* Artichoke & spinach dip w/Chipotle lime salsa was very good, also my bf got a Mushroom Swiss burger was very good & a beer ???? I had the Whiskey bacon burger & a Mango Mai tai good but weak lol.. $$ everything was hot came out separate.. clean nice place ????????????
The food was good, but some stuff came out cold. My grilled chicken was barely warm and my broccoli was literally chilled cold. We don't like to send food back because we've heard horror stories. We did mention it nicely to our server who asked if we wanted to see a manager, to which we said no. She must have mentioned it to her manager as they did compensate us 10% for it, so overall it was a good experience. But I can't give a 5 star for cold food. There's simply no reason for it.
I always say Im never going back to Applebee's but yet I find myself still coming back lol. It's a hit or miss, honestly. Some days I go and the food is ON POINT, other times... not so much. Must be different chefs or something.
The service is typically pretty good though overall.
The restaurant is well located, very good food, excellent service, the staff are extremely friendly, extremely clean environment, lots of food options on the menu, great drinks, very good to go with family and friends, affordable prices, Applebees is a chain A very traditional restaurant in the US and I always go there with my friends and family. it has parking, wheelchair access, clean restrooms. I recommend 10/10.
This review is for take out. I’m going to have to switch Applebees or just find another convenient place for online ordering after work. Not busy during the week. Order 45 mins ahead online. I check in that I’m on my way after food supposed to be done. I sit in car side in a to go spot for 10-15 minutes. No one comes out half the time so I have to go in, wait on someone to come up front then wait for someone to go get it. What’s the purpose of car side and checking in if staff stands around not keeping an eye on the orders and bringing it out? One staff I’ve had a few times is always good and she’s fast. The rest not so much.
Ordered 2 whiskey burgers well done and they were both raw in the middle
Horrible service.. Halfway done my food and I still don't have a drink .. Just WOW and watching the waitress talk to the customer next to me for a good 20 mins. Their not busy here this is ridiculous.
The nicest Applebees’s I’ve ever been in! This location isn’t designed like the other Applebees’s in the area. It has a wide open and large floor design with a lot of seating. The large TV’s are placed so that you can see them better from most seats and bar is located more toward the back versus being located right in the middle.
