It's okay. I tend to get a burger and a soda to judge a restaurant. The entrance and dining area was clean. We were promptly seated. Found it pretty cold because we were right under the air vents. But that's ok, could always ask to be reseated. The host righted the table for us to sit at. Was probably being cleaned, which is admirable. Got given a pack of silverware and napkin. Not the cloth kind. Made me feel a bit like a child. Were quickly waited on. I ordered a pepsi. It was too much soda water and not enough pepsi juice. It wasn't bad but not strong enough for my liking. Cause pepsi already tastes like a weaker coke.
Ordered a Neighborhood Burger, friend ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon. Food took a pretty average amount of time to arrive. And was pretty average itself. I'd describe it as light eating. The burger was cooked well. The bread was brioche and buttered. Really helped carry it. Lettuce and pickles and sauce worked. Sauce was a lil light, but I am a sauce boss. Lettuce was under the meat so it got a little gross. But the crispness of the pickles helped restore the crunch. Thinking back on it, the burger was above average. I've had much worse. Seemed a little small.
The fries were not my favorite. Not squishy but also not crispy. Went alright with ketchup. There's those mini glass, salt and pepper mills. Which is great cause I get to crack pepper. Really helps out. My friend had his sandwich. Which looked pretty good! Fried chicken breast and bacon. He said it was ok. He ordered 2 sides. His mashed potatoes were ok. His broccoli was in a very small portion. But he enjoyed it, the well-buttered broc that it was. We then paid and left.
Service was great. Waiters were always on top of refills and kept tabs on us. The place was clean and the atmosphere was actually pretty nice. I like how it's arranged. What really dragged the experience down for me was the price. If my burger and fry was a few dollars cheaper, I would have been pretty pleased with my meal. As it stands, what we ordered was not really worth what we paid. But I think if you wanted a quick meal, in a clean restaurant, with good service, then you could do worse. Maybe you just come here to drink and have a decent burger or steak instead of the lousy options you may find at your average bar.
The young lady chevon that waited on us was sooo good and professional and treated my family, like family. She gave us great recommendations for food and drinks and desserts. I hadn't been to Applebee's to sit down and eat in over 13 years so come back here and receive this kind of welcome, felt great. The food was really good. We all enjoyed ourselves and will be back. It was clean and not crowded at all.
I am a frequent visitor to this establishment. I know one thing for sure I always get great customer service from the bartender (Shaina). I know her name personally because the great conversations we have and she really try to interact with her guest and make you feel welcome. She makes sure my drinks are perfect and my food is right. I may not visit this place if she not there.
Came in for lunch on 4/22 and picked up my to go order of the 4 cheese Mac and cheese with honey pepper. Chicken tenders were excellent, but the Mac and cheese had absolutely no taste. Dish was full of what looked like a sauce but tasted like water.
We walked in in a great mood for my wife’s birthday. We went and sat at the bar and waited for the bartender to come and greet us. She has red hair and fair skin. When she finally comes up, she doesn’t say a word, and then catches an attitude and asked if we were all right and said she spoke when I looked at her the entire time and she never said a word. She was very rude and we felt so unwelcomed. So we got up and left and it ruined my wife’s birthday. I believe that you all need to go back through customer service training because that was really just unbelievable and terrible of her. If I could have rated 0 stars I would have but I had to at least do one store so that I can leave a review Applebee’s do better.
We ate here last night. My food was good, it was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. My server was a young lady named Leila ( not sure if I spelled her name correctly,) it was around 7/ 7:30pm and she was amazing!!!! As someone who has been in this industry for 30 years, I totally recognize and appreciate an excellent server and she was the Best!!! I am visiting from New Orleans but any time I come back, I will definitely ask for her. ????
We were there for at least 25 minutes waiting to be seated. There were several being served lunch. Our server was kind and helpful. It did take at least 30 minutes to get our food. The soup was warm but rather weak. The salad was fine.
On the day of May 12, 2024, we were placed with a server by the name of Mickaela W. who gave us terrible service. We were seated with no food and no drinks for an hour while she gave her undivided attention to another table. She was very slow and did not communicate with us at all. It still took us 30 minutes just to get our drinks. She complained about working on today and overall, we did not enjoy our service. When we pulled out money, she expected a tip and proceeded to move at lightning speed. Me and my family did not enjoy our service and do not think we will be returning any time soon.
