Slow. Rude. Cold Food. Waited to be seated even though it wasn't busy. Waiter got both drinks wrong. Wouldn't change channel on TV, even though no one else was seated nearby. Watched plenty of others wait just to place their orders. This isn't the first time we have had bad service at this location. Our server tonight was Grant and he was terribly non chalant with all of his tables. I watched him seat a man and just tossed the menu on the table and said "here you go" while walking by. He asked another customer to wait while he rang up another customer's order. I'm not sure how this place stays in business since this is clearly how they operate overall. Mediocore at best.
More or less the standard Applebees experience. No wait for an 11:15 am weekday business lunch. Quick friendly service. Good food. Reasonable prices. Good parking. Easy to get to. I'll certainly be thinking of here for my next weekday business lunch.
Probably the smallest Applebee's I've ever been too. Crowded seating. Food was poorly cooked on top of being terribly prepared. Didn't even save it for leftovers. But on the bright side, the waitress was very polite and friendly as well as punctual. She even got my two year son to laugh. So that is something you rarely find these days.
Totally disappointed on my birthday although I was offered a free meal on my return. The service suck didn't even bother to tip never happen to me like this before just hope the store can step up their game. May not be going back there anymore. Food was actually cold waiting time was more than one hour
No place is perfect due to how long things takes (they can't help that when its busy or a big order), sometimes service or someone having a bad day etc. But this place is pretty close and good, I definitely suggest you give it a chance. I've been to some bad Applebee's and this place is by far the best. I brought my spouse for the first time some time ago with my daughter and they loved it! they continuously ask to go back. the food was great, but I think the biggest factor in me deciding we will come back was the service. Dreya was an excellent server, constantly stopping by asking if we needed anything, talked to my daughter and lastly stopped to talk to us briefly. Every time we go we always ask for her. If your looking for a good relaxing place to eat with good service I definitely suggest this place. Thanks Dreya for serving us and making our experience excellent!
The absolute worst Applebees I have ever been to. Called to have a table setup for a large party said they could accommodate and when we arrived they were unable to. They knew they had a party of 20 showing up and they let serving staff leave early. So they only had 3 servers working. They were super unprofessional. And to top it off they had the young hostess dealing with us instead of sending a manager out to talk to us. When we were Finally seated it still took 20mins for our server to come over.
My friends and I will frequently eat at Applebee's, even though it is not local restaurant, which we prefer... They seem to always have a good variety, good service, and consistent quality of food that makes it easy for pleasing many people in a group who all have different tastes. Sometimes I find myself frustrated with our group choices by choosing a chain restaurant like this, but with the quality it's hard to argue with results. Applebee's does what they do very well.
Who doesn't like Applebee's? Although they should change up the menu a little bit and the lighter portions are so much better than the full ones unless you want burgers they make great Burgers and Fries. And it's nice to have an alcoholic beverage with your dinner if you choose so. I personally do not but they've got great raspberry lemonade. The staff was very helpful attentive and on time with our food.
