Wife and I arrived around 3 and told 15-20 min wait unless we sit at the bar. When we sat we noticed about 15 empty tables all around the restaurant, almost left.
Once food arrived everything was correct and good. Had a water so can't say much about drinks but the bartender was very attentive and checked on us frequently. This would have been a 5* if maybe they explained why we could only sit at the bar when a quarter of the restaurant was unoccupied.
I had a bad experience here before. I wanted to give it another try. I am sorry I did.we will never return. Superbowl Sunday and their machines are down. Its cash only. That was fine there are probably 10 to 15 employees on the floor. 2 employees are working. They are waiting tables AND bartenders. Our food was not good and not what we ordered. Our food came out we had no silverware or napkins and trying to get some and waiting caused our food to get cold. Our dirty dishes sat on our table until I moved them to an empty table. Barely saw our waiter.all these other workers are just standing around and talking in groups. When we inquired about our waiter we were told he had to write everything by hand and it takes a long time. Poorly managed. Things happen I understand. Either work the best way possible to take care of your guests or close down
Started off with a tipsy zombie cocktail, it was super yummy. We both ordered burgers with $1 side of wings. Quesadilla burger is perfect and the sauce makes it even better. The double burger was almost like a Big Mac, it was good. We tried Asian chili and garlic parm boneless wings. Definitely will get the garlic parm again, super full of flavor.
Me and my uncle went a few weeks ago. I got the app sampler and French onion soup. The only reason I gave a star bc the soup was delicious but my app came out cold. The artichoke dip was warm. Nothing was hot. Not to mention that it was freezing cold inside that we asked for the heat to turn on. It is so cold that everyone is wearing coats. Why is it so cold? The food was disappointing. I will not be going back! Our waitress was nice tho but we never saw her. The quality of food wasn't great for how much I paid for it!
the table was sticky, it is very unpleasant. We waited 40 minutes for an order. the pasta was cold. shrimp are very tasty.
I ordered the bourbon chicken with shrimp. The chicken was burnt. The shrimp was over boiled then grilled. The onions and mushrooms was drowning in oil. The mashed potatoes are out of a box. There is only a couple items that are made on site at any Applebee's.
With a name like Applebee's you would really think the food would be nothing less than superb. The service we got however was excellent ????.

Got in fairly quickly. Food didn't take long to get. Ribs were nice and tender. Pretzel sticks were nice and soft, but cheese sauce a it gritty. All in all it was a good meal.
Poor service, employees were not pleasant. They all seemed to be in a bad mood. My chicken had a strange spot in the middle of it. The waiter seemed bugged that my and my guest were talking instead of ordering. I am sorry sir we wasn't ready the second you came over. He left us with dishes stacked on our table. We only had a small table. 2 sitter.
The app was half full. The only think I wanted was dessert. But he gave me my receipt without even asking.
The flavor of my food was really good though but the rice. It was dry and sticky hard to swallow.
