The food was delicious and my drink was the Rock Berry margarita. The only complaint I have is that the table was sticky. My napkin stuck to the table. Our waitress was awesome tho. Very polite and attentive.
Server appeared to be over seated or having difficulty managing their number of tables. My friend's glass was empty for the majority of the meal, even though we asked for a refill 3 times. We also got our appetizer well before our drinks (the drinks just took a long time). We shared dessert over dishes since we still hadn't received boxes. Server unprofessionally used a swear word twice during our stay while relaying a story, and complained about their coworkers multiple times, disrupting the celebratory purpose and tone of our visit. I've recently been impressed with another Applebee's upscaling, but after visiting this location for the first time, perhaps it was just that specific location.
Great menu choices. Today we had 5 star food and service.
Waitress was already in a mood from the second we walked in. Asked her to please get someone to wipe the table because it was sticky. She rolled her eyes and visibly huffed as it was an inconvenience. She then looked shocked when she picked up the menu and it stuck to the sticky table. I get things happen. Not a big deal, until she went over to her coworkers and she started pointing in our direction and laughing with the other workers. She definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service. Still left a generous tip because I understand times are tough.
I ordered my steak medium well and it came out well done. I requested to have it re-made and they took a long time to bring it out. My family finished eating their meal and the steak was not out. The manager did not come to the table to apologize or to check if I wanted anything else. Was not a good family experience
I had to wait 30 minutes just for them to take my order. The environment is also not great. Overall the food is good but the service is bad.
Showed up around 10pm and it was pretty empty, maybe 2 tables and three people at the bar. I waited with my party of 4 at the door for about 20 minutes while 3 employees were chatting to each other at the bar. An employee walked past us twice and never acknowledged us. We never got seated or even talked to so we decided to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this location, the Millbury location has better service
My favorite steak parlor, I visit different locations of Applebee's but auburn is my frequent spot. My husband and I always have our family dinner till d point when we walk in the room they staffs already put in our order, the only thing there will ask is "anything more"??
Years later I decided to try their burger ????, that was the worst decision I ever made. Let's just leave it at steak and nothing more.
Empty tasteless burnt and dry burger with no sauce. Extremely salty fries ????.
Wanted to try different type of their burger so I ordered the neighborhood burger and the whisky bacon burger alongside some wings. What a complete waste of drive time, gas plus money.
The meat wast tasteless and dry, burger was burn and dry with no taste to it.
