Everything was so excellent. I came here just to try the “dollarRita” Margarita but I did not feel the taste of alcohol. I know it’s a dollar drink, but that don’t mean it was going to be less alcohol cause is just a regular drink in a special anyways that’s what the Waitress told me “ what do you expect for one dollar dollar?” So I drink it and I order another one I order a Blue Long Island Iced Tea a big drink when I taste it it was again just juice no alcohol I just decided to keep eating and don’t make a complaint at all I was not going to ruin my night cuz everything was good except the alcohol drinks the food was good on point everything and that tacos was so delicious omg ????
I had a positive experience at this location. I sat at the bar. It was clean , my server was attentive & my food came out hot.
Manager Stephen came out with the A1 customer service after our server forgot to put a shot on the side as requested when ordered and instead of giving us solutions she gave us “well I can take it and tell them to make it again” ???? - ma’am. You should have just said “that’s my fault , I’m so sorry let me bring you one right away”
Stephen came out with the good vibes and great customer service to save the day.
Chef frank know what he’s doing with Berber chicken. And waitress Tanisha is so sweet and she know what she’s doing also. I would dine here again. Nice and clean and staff are so polite
Great food and service. The chicken wonton tacos were a treat, the salmon was perfect, and the triple chocolate meltdown was just the right portion for two. We arrived hungry and left pleasantly full and not stuffed. Five stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Faith is an amazing server. She was very informative, attentive & constantly keeps coming back to make sure that we were good. She always kept a smile on her face. Spoke to the manager Steve about what an excellent employee he has and he was also very nice. We will be back because of them. Together they make a EXCELLENT TEAM????❤️

This evening, around 6 PM, I visited Apple Bees' s on Roosevelt boulevard with my partner. We had hoped to enjoy a pleasant dining experience and requested a booth upon arrival. While the staff accommodated our request by providing us with an extra-large booth, we noticed another booth in a different section that would have been suitable for our needs. Moreover, we observed a server actively attending to tables in that area.
When we inquired about relocating to the available booth, we were informed by the manager that it was not possible due to the absence of a server in that section. However, it was evident to us that there was indeed a server present in the vicinity.
Regrettably, this discrepancy in information led to our decision to leave the restaurant. As loyal patrons of Applebee's, we were disheartened by this experience, especially considering our frequent patronage and support for the establishment.
We believe that every guest deserves a consistently high level of service, regardless of the time or day of the week. Adequate staffing and efficient service are crucial components in ensuring customer satisfaction, particularly during peak hours such as the after-work Friday crowd.
I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration and addressed appropriately. We remain hopeful that our future visits to Applebee's will reflect the exceptional service and hospitality that we have come to expect from your brand.
