Our sever Navaeh was the worst. I'm not sure if she was on something or what, but she was horrible. She made us not want to come back. We visited here a few weeks ago after coming back from a trip and had a dinner date night with our friends. We ordered the boneless wings, fries, two impossible burgers, and everything was semi warm and just okay. I know none of this was her fault, BUT there was maybe a total of 8 tables in the restaurant, and for it to take 45 minutes and it be lukewarm wasn't worth it. The boneless wings were dry and hurt my teeth, my friends impossible burger wasn't supposed to have lettuce and tomato the put it on hers, and I ordered a side of fries and when we didn't get them it seemed as if we bothered our server just to get them. When we paid our check, it took like 25 minutes just to get our cards back. She also seemed to have an attitude with the gentleman behind us when he had said the boneless wings hurt his teeth, and he needed bone in one's. If I could give zero stars I would.
Got one of the best bacon cheeseburgers I've ever had, wife got some chipotle chicken salad deal she says was really good. Said the chicken was good, the rice was good and the guac was great! Nice and quiet the night we were there, not many people. Our server, Alex, was bussin fr fr and took good care of us! Excellent dining experience 10/10
So I was undecided when I came in and when I showed my husband the 2 for $35 deal we made the best choice for tonight. The customer service was beyond amazing! The chef you did an excellent job with the food the way you had my plate sizzling ????. That food was beyond delicious! Thank you all for the amazing service and the shrimp was beyond perfect. The chicken was nice and juicy + tender. You all did your thing in the kitchen ????.
Despite my high review our experience here started off rocky due to the customer service provided by the host, who in a restaurant with various seats that could have been set up was so troubled in the simple task of seating us. We almost walked out with a party of 13 that started off as 10 and us adding 3 last minute was apparently an issue for him. The managers were awesome and handled the situation. Our server NALLELY went above and beyond for us and offered top notch customer service, truly turned our experience around. She made sure our food was correct and came out quick as well. She handled this party well and I hope after this review she is commended for her efforts.
I went for the all you can eat shrimp, wings and riblets. The orders come with fries, make you first order the one you want the most of, the next orders are smaller portions. The drinks were pretty good. Passion Fruit Mezcal Rita and Classic Mezcal Rita with Dos Hombres Mezcal and Teremana Blanco Tequila.
Decent Applebees.We ordered a crispy chicken salad and Caesar salad with waters and a blue Hawaiian Long Island tea. Our server was chill and relaxed. The bread was delicious. My favorite part of the meal was the cocktail.
Our server, Ashley, was so kind and helpful! We needed a meal to go as well, and she went out of her way to make sure that it was hot when we were ready to go. She really made our visit a memorable one. We hope that management knows how valuable she is!
The reason I gave it a (4 star) rating, is because of the Atmosphere ! I got there around 6pm on a Friday after work. Maybe 10 or 15 people are already there,( maybe I came at the wrong time ) but seems like the same people were there when I left 1hr later. (I do not like to eat fast) it was very quiet...I heard the TV's more than the people chatting, the music was very low. But other than that. It was ok the food was on time, hot, and good. Now!!! don't get me wrong I will be back ...next time i will try a later time maybe around 8 or 9pm.
