I had my first visit to this place today, it was amazing even when thy were looking short of service staff. The two ladies on the service were extremely sweet and helpful. Our meal was delicious and very fast. We enjoyed the environment and we had a late lunch as we were expecting.
Whole experience was awful. We should’ve went to Texas Roadhouse instead! Everything from the service to the food was terrible. We should have known the moment we pulled up and saw the kitchen staff outside taking a smoke break in their greasy kitchen aprons. Came in around 8:30pm, it says that they were open until 12am. Ordered the 2 for $25, the meals came out 15 minutes apart. First meal had cold, limp fries but hot chicken tenders. Second meal had hot fries on top of cold fries and a warm, medium rare burger that was supposed to be well done. Ordered a drink, they didn’t have it so we opted for the blue Bahama mama with light ice, the drink they bought us looked like about two shots or as if someone drank half of it, so we sent it back. Boneless wings had too much sauce. Ordered a smoothie that came out with the check. Received a caesar salad that I did not ask for. Took 15 minutes to get napkins and straws. The waitress had the worst attitude as if we inconvenienced her by dining in. I asked for water but never received it so I had to clear my throat with the bottle of water I had in my bag! A nice lady I can assume was the manager because she’s the only one that seemed to care, had to assist us 2 times. The entire floor staff of young adults sat at one table during our entire visit at the restaurant, not working but instead gossiping. Did I mention that besides my sister and I, that there was only one guest sitting at the bar! How is the service this poor with only 3 people in the entire restaurant? It took 15 minutes to get the check and another 10 minutes for our waitress to come get our card, but only after I flagged the table of staff down. After all of this, the manager only took off $5! What a joke! Never again.
Food was very disappointing. I saw a new salad but when ordered it looked like it was left over. Looked nothing like picture or even similar. I'm not dillusional to believe it will be identical but at least be close. They won't get me again. No manager ever came to speak with me...they just refunded my money and no apology or anything.
***They don't care what they serve you at times...the industry has gone down in terms of service.

It was good. Short staffed, but server Patrick was very busy, but he had a great attitude and was very sweet and took care of us. Blue margarita was awful. But, regular Margarita was good. Food was good, not great but good, coleslaw was awful. Food was hot each time it came out. $14.99 all you can eat, included, riblets, boneless chicken wings and shrimp, you get what you pay for. U have to keep asking for a serving of which dish you want. But overall, everything was good. Shrimp came out piping hot each time. First time here. But, I enjoyed myself with my husband. Started getting crowded around 4:30pm. Next time we'll get there around 12pm. We got there like 3:20p
The service was great and the food was good. I loved the tomato soup.
This has been the worst Applebees I’ve ever been very poor costumer service we waited for the appetizer almost the same time as the food no water or napkins , waiter was very distracted didn’t even have a notebook on his hand to take notes of the food , he brought the order wrong after a long time ….. I would never come back , save yourself of this annoying time !!!
Lovely ambiance, food was pretty good for the price paid, can’t beat 2 for 25. Recommend trying their honey bbq boneless wings and fiesta chicken! Thank you Tiffany for making our experience nice, she was very attentive, kind, and well mannered.
I went for dinner with my wife, and we promised to remind ourselves of the experience and not to go back.
From the host station to the waitress, it was a lackluster service. The food was edible, but not tasty.
