We ordered our food through doordash at 8:45pm... we Received our food an hour later and the driver said that it took so long because of how packed it was although we live up the road i try to be understanding its a friday night but upon checking the order i was missing one of my sides and then the food i did Receive was lacking completely... the unseasoned riblets were drowned in sauce and the 4 cheese mac had barely any cheese a few crumbles of bacon but was very watery.... i was just a bit disappointed...
We actually wanted to dine -in but decided to place an order to go. Okay cool.. The service is bad all the team members walked passed us like they don’t even see there was people. There is no Hostess or anyone to let us know what is happening, near the table there was an older lady complaining about being waiting for an hour.. then we decided to order online since no one was was willing to entertain us. Left to do grocery and walked in for a pickup, we waited and Valencia assisted us very well, with a Smile.

Everything else was fine.
I took my family out for my grandson's graduation dinner. Our waiter did a great job but he was by himself taking care of a large area. Our food took over an hour for 5 people and 2 kids. The food got warm to us but it was still good. I believe they should off been prepared better. The wait was long also.
Second time experience at this location.

Not much else in the area, so go ahead and go, I guess. Just know before you go. Whether or not they have a host/hostess is up in the air so you'll be waiting for a member of the wait staff to decide they have time for you before they seat you in their section, however service st the bar (only at the bar, not the bar tables) is immediate and swift. Other employees may congregate in the back corner outside the kitchen and the bathroom because, evidently, they don't have a break room. They'll eat cupcakes or fold their clothes after changing in the bathroom, but that probably won't impact your service as much as make you question their professionalism. The service is decent for the most part, but he food is standard Applebee's, hit or miss. Can't really go wrong with chicken tenders, but avoid the honey mustard. Burgers come pink or no pink, but good luck getting pink if you want it. The vibe is cool, music is decent, just don't set your expectations to high and don't go if you've got somewhere to be.
On a Monday night, I ordered my lunch at 10:50 p.m. and received it at 11:25 p.m. I ordered two for $20. The spinach and artichoke dip with parmesan was my appetizer. While the dip was mediocre, the chips were flavorless and needed garlic salt or at the very least salt. The 6 oz steak with garlic mashed potatoes and garlic green beans was my first entree, and the chicken tender platter with garlic mashed potatoes and garlic green beans was my second. The steak was juicy and the amount was generous for a 6 ounce steak, but it lacked more flavor than the exterior. The chicken tenders were tender and flavorful. The garlic mashed potatoes and garlic green beans were cooked properly but lacked seasoning, which I was sure to add to make the dinner more flavorful. The mango lemonade was awful. It was acidic and sour, as well as it was not mango, and tasted like Milo's lemonade. Despite my request for no ice, there was plenty of it. I did pay for honey mustard and Asian chili sauce while attempting to modify it to honey pepper, but any phone calls I made to the restaurant were put on hold for several minutes.
This is the place to be when you are getting ready to go out and enjoy a dance floor or a bar. The drink prices are AMAZING! I had a beautiful bartender who was so kind and playful. We did not eat here that night. We only go drinks. I ordered a simple cocktail but the margaritas are a simple way to get your night started. Each margarita have distinct flavors. The crowd is older so that means really good music lol I hope you come through here when you are near by! Enjoy!
I came in on a Saturday morning and was greeted by Khaijah and her amazing energy. The food was great, the drinks were fantastic, and the service was immaculate. Definitely coming back for their awesome happy hour special!
