Food Was Amazing,Waitress Was Very Friendly. Will Definitely Be Back
Pleasant, enjoyable lunch! My partner and I met a friend for lunch. This was my first visit to this Applebee's location. Actually, I haven't visited an Applebee's in several years, so I was anxious to check this location out. The service was excellent! Our server, Tanner, did an excellent job serving and provided efficient, friendly service during our lunch. The restaurant facility and dining room was very clean and well maintained. The men's restroom very clean, too. Although I would recommend replacing the worn dining room carpeting, it is in poor condition. In addition to the regular menu, Applebee's has a nice lunch menu, offering many different options to fit any appetite and budget. They even have a "pick two" section if you care for lite meal options. All of us ordered the chicken tenders meal which is served with fries. The day we visited, Applebee's was out of fries, so we substituted onion rings. All three of us enjoyed the chicken tenders and would certainly order again. The portions were large. However, in my opinion, the quality, freshness and preparation of the tenders could be better. In comparison to competitors (Chili's, Hardee's and Chick-fil-A) the chicken tenders were not up to par. The menu is very diverse and offers everything from pasta, chicken, steaks, burgers, salad and soups. They also have a full service bar for adult beverages. I was very pleased with the overall experience and look forward to returning to Applebee's to try more of the menu items. In an area dominated by fast food options, it is very nice to have a casual, relaxed, comfortable, full service dine-in restaurant in Norton. I highly recommend this Applebee's!
Very impressed today with the service, cleaning, and food! The menus were getting a good cleaning and the payment machines! All the workers were doing stuff and working together to help one another! The steak was cooked perfect and Cameron our waitress was very attentive to our needs!
My husband and I came here for a date night!! We had a wonderful time and definitely enjoyed the food. Our waitress Allie was absolutely fantastic and very attentive to us. We will definitely be going back. We ordered from the 2 for $35 which comes with 1 appetizer to share. It starts as 2 for $25 and also a 2 for $30. I got the blackened cajon salmon w/ mashed potatoes n cooked broccoli, he got the bourbon street chicken and shrimp, with spinach dip with the deal. Which we ended up getting 2 other appetizers along with the deal, we got wonton tacos and brew pub pretzels & beer cheese dip!! It was all very good. Also by signing up on their website we got a code for a free appetizer so that was helpful!!
We were looking for a good hamburger...we got it. The burger was fresh, as we're the lettuce and tomatoes on a good bun. The onion rings were very good, and I highly recommend the fries.
While i dislike that they were open the day after Christmas (thinking employees should be with family) I'm not here to rate acumen but instead food.
We ordered the Riblets and the bourbon chicken and shrimp. The chicken and shrimp were perfection.
The Riblets were very charred. More barbecue sauce and lower heat could have prevented this over grilling.
Our waiter was amazing too, and he took good care of us.
We had a server named Tanner. This young man was the most attentive and accommodating server we've ever had. He deserves the acknowledgement for making this such a pleasant experience for our family of four.
Ordered take out. Food was ready when it was scheduled. Things were very fresh. Special requests were followed. Yummy. Will visit again.
