We were here celebrating my sister in laws 40th birthday. The service was amazing and the food was perfect. Our waitress Lacy was very kind and patient. I also give high praise to any waitress or waiter that gives lots of napkins. Thank you for the amazing service.
Enjoyed lunch with my parents here. It was a little loud for my dad with his hearing aids, but we managed. Service was prompt, friendly and attentive. Food was good - as expected for Applebee's. Nothing that blows you away, but nothing that keeps you from coming back. I had the Caesar salad with chicken, mom the appetizer platter and dad had a Bourbon Street Steak - which he LOVED! Get the potato loaded, he says. Overall, it was a nice time out. Thank you.
Visit was overall good and the waitress was great. But my chicken did come out cold and i was disappointed with just two celery sticks, i prefer more but im not the one to bring these comments up in person cause im not looking to be a hard customer, my cousin loved the nachos and the dessert was hot! But will definitely dine in again, things happen :)!
Our server was having a fun time while at work. It's always nice when a server is able to be stress free and able to smile and laugh.
The food options are plentiful, I had one of the two new irresisti-bowls. The southwest chicken bowl was recommended by the waitress. I liked that it was full of vegetables, but the chicken had lime flavoring that I wouldn't get again. It also has a bit of a kick, if you don't like spice, stray far.
We just popped in for a little snack, Stephanie G was great.
Haven't been here in a while and tgey were a little busy but we didn't have to wait for a table for 6 of us. Ordered the 2 fir $30 with my friend and our steaks were cooked perfectly. We also tried tge wanton tacos which were delicious. My only complaint was that the music was a little too loud which made it a little hard to converse but our food was good.
We went in during football playoff games, extremely busy as the place was packed. Stephanie M was our waitress. She was absolutely amazing. We got some all you can eat special. She made sure we were never wanting anything from food or drinks. Food was hot and relatively quick considering the time and day. Wings were great, riblets not so much, but they were piping hot. I normally do not do reviews but she deserves a great review for being so fantastic. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Went cause hubby wanted the $14.95 all you can eat, wings or shrimp & fries. It took longer than normal to get our food. Then when hubby asked for another order, he waited so long everyone else at the table was done with dinner. The waitress claimed someone stole his order. She seemed very overwhelmed! So he waited even longer, finally got his second order while I was eating dessert. Just brought him wings though no fries! I complained to the manager. We offered another order, he walked back to the kitchen and right out with an order of wings, still no fries! Dealt with this manager both times & he has very poor customer service skills. Didn't ever offer us a discount for the wait. We've been going for years and the last couple years we've had issues. As much as I love the Oriental salad we probably won't be back :(
