I have been here on various occasions. Service is usually slow. This time, the food was cold. I ordered a drink from the bar, and I could see it sitting there getting warm until it finally was brought to the table 15 minutes later. I'm not saying that I would not return, but it is way down on my list.
I love Applebee's food and service but, on that note.. this location let me down. The food was great and the service was spot on as usual. But the atmosphere was off, it didn't look like they had the space to accommodate a large family or people with a little more meat on their bones. But I still have to give it a 8.5/10
We were seated right away. Catherine was our server and she was AWESOME! She was friendly, attentive and went above and beyond considering it was towards the end of the night. She stayed on top of our refills (which is a must!). The food was great and delicious. We will be back!
Ordered online and received overcooked hockey puck burgers and steaks, soggy fries, onion soup with a slab of melted, oily cheese free floating on the side of the container instead of in the soup, and missing a Caesar salad.
This is laziness at its best, with poor management.
I’d give zero stars , I walk in say hello to host (older lady and the person with half red hair , gets completely ignore ) I brush it off and dismiss it on them focusing on an issue , they tell me I have a 10 min wait and I tell them okay I make sure to advise I need a table (due to booths being too tight for my plus size family members ) 20 mins go by and they take us to booth and I tried to explain ( I requested a table to accommodate my plus size family members) the person with half black half red pixie hair cuts me off mid sentence and starts to aggressively say go over she repeated it 3times, with a unpleasant attitude in from of a few other customers , I guess older lady notices her coworker hostile towards me and told her we are putting them here and she proceeded to fix table by herself the half red head person just stood their,at this point I’m over the customer service i received n tell my family I’m ready to go , she killed the vibe and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome , she was very nasty towards us . We tried to ask for a manager and our waiter tells us ( this is why I don’t go out to eat on Fridays and was rude too telling me he basically didn’t want to hear from situation to discuss with management ) I was like wth something wrong with these people. , never did I get a chance to speak with manager , apparently they all need a refresher on providing good customer service
Great menu and hard to decide what to order. Had a delicious bacon burger and fries. Best burger I have had in long time. Great service and good prices. Will go back soon and try something else from menu.
I had amazing food and service. My server Yasmin she was amazing! Always checking up on me and seeing if I was good or needed anything. I would definitely be coming back
Revised review: feels like a whole new place. Perfectly staffed, fresh hot food, perfectly cooked and quickly served. I’m very impressed at the correction that this place has made. I’ve updated my review to five stars from 3. Glad this place made a turnaround because i really do enjoy their food. Kaytlin S was server today really on point. Will repeat.
