Victoria was one of the best waitresses my family and I have had the pleasure of getting at this Applebees. Victoria is super friendly, punctual, and super awesome in her handling of kids.
Thank you Victoria, for being super helpful super kind and for helping my wife and I make some great memories with our toddler daughter.
Applebee's Hammonton very friendly staffs. Appetisers were great. Love that spinach artichoke dip, except chips were soggy. Main courses were good portion, fresh and hot to the table. Beverage were too watery. Too much ice. Overall very nice experience. Would go back again
Real cheapo must own this and other AC county locations, no lunch specials which is odd because you can go 20 mins in another direction and get them, also prices are higher overall almost 10$ for a kids meal it’s probably 6-7$ in Manahawkin.
Food was delish, service has a lot of room for improvement. The hostess was quick and friendly, however, once seated we were passed by for 15 minutes as if we were invisible. Once we ordered, the waitress brought the bottle of beer as ordered, when we asked for a glass, she brought it and put it on the edge of the table on the opposite side from the person who asked for it. Perhaps offering to pour it or at least put it by the right person would improve customer service. She also seemed rushed, like she didn't want to be there. Not the best experience. Maybe she was just having an off day. Might give it another chance.
Update: I had dinner here. Service was almost non-existent. This is not normal. However, the next time I eat there, if I get the same waitress, I'm walking out.
Well, I tried again. I didn't think service could get any worse. After waiting 15 minutes (I timed it) for my waitress to reappear to get my check, I finally went to the host's stand to get my check. I'm done.
We typically love Applebee's but would rather drive an hour to get to any other one than to return to this particular restaurant. Service was not good. Food made everyone sick. Literally made us sick. We sent some food back and even the manager never came out to the table to talk to us, despite passing our table 3 times. It's like no one cared about the customers.
I ordered a steak medium well and it came out raw. Although the waitress was nice about it, the manager could not find time ro speak to us.
The service would have been better if the server would have prebussed the table. We sat there with dirty dishes strewn about the table. The restaurant was cold.
