This is my favorite Applebees's of all the ones I've eaten at (even though it's a chain). Jessica's service is absolutely the best! The food tastes great, the ingredients are fresh, and the sauce for the appetizer is just right. In short, everything was good tonight.
Haley G was so attentive and so kind!! I love her spunk and she makes you feel very welcome!! The manager also made it a point to come to the table to check on us as always!! This location has always been a great place for me and my boyfriend to make memories and celebrate special occasions!! Thank you Applebees and all the wonderful employees that make it a great place to be!!
I really liked my waitress! I walked in and informed a hostess of my being Deaf. Waitress and I communicated so well!! I tipped her an over 25% tip. I can’t spell her name all I remember her first letter of the name M!! My bad!!! Great appreciation!!! ❤️
I felt uncomfortable... like the odd ball out because the majority of employees appeared to be transgender or gay. Mind you, I don't hate on or bad-mouth anyone who considers themselves as such (even behind closed doors!). However, I felt like the staff viewed me as some straight Christian girl and assumed I disapproved of them as I felt like I was getting the cold shoulder treatment.
The food was good but the fries were served cold. However, the cook replaced with hot fresh ones quickly.
The server brought me the wrong bill and if I hadn't taken a second look, I would've paid a $15 difference!
We truly love this Applebee's... The staff usually smiles, treats you like your unbiasedly welcomed!
Kiki had AWESOME customer service, she was making jokes and being very attentive to our table! We love a little and 52 Applebees and will definitely be back.
Love the chicken alfredo with the broccoli and breadsticks! It's very filling and you get plenty of chicken. I also like the triple chocolate meltdown.
KIKI was amazing! She was very attentive and very sweet. As a server myself, this is the kind of service you expect out! Great job!
