The food came out and it was very hot and fresh tasting. The chicken I ate was very moist. The shrimp could have been bigger I felt but overall is very flavorful and fresh tasting.
Decided to get Applebees for dinner because I havent had it in a long time. Ordered my steak well done, mashed patatoes no sour cream & boneless buffalo wings. They gave me what i DIDNT want. I couldnt even eat it. The wings were old & hard and they just poured a bunch of sauce on top. The parmesean wasnt even melted it was chunks. Asked for well done steak just for it to be pink. Very dissapointing.
Applebee's tends to be hit or miss a bit with some of the food quality, (for things like steak being cooked properly or ribs being heated all the way through)but its typically what you would expect from tasty, fun food and that is why we go there. We have never really had bad service there, even when they are busy they try really hard to be accommodating. It does tend to get busy during peak times but if you go knowing that then you are expecting to be waiting for a bit, there isn't anything the staff can do about that. I would recommend anyone coming through town to stop in and get some fun drinks and food, be patient with the staff. This is one of those places where they truly are doing their best with who showed up. The French onion soup..this is my favorite of anywhere I have tried it. So good!
Ordered pickup and the burger was COMPLETELY raw. I took a few bites before noticing ???? edit: I followed the link and made a report and nothing came of it
I usually have a good experience when going to other Applebee's locations. Our server came off a little annoyed but he still provided service. There wasn't too much of a wait for items and beverages. The food wasn't that good. Two of us ordered the 4 Cheese Mac and the noodles were gummy, and the breadstick was hard. We've dined at the Minot establishment before and the experience then was nice. We're just writing this visit off as a "Bad Night."
Eh, that about sums it up. It’s Applebees, so my expectations weren’t super high. I sat at the bar and ordered chicken strips- easy enough. It was a Tuesday night and the bartender was more interested in talking negatively about the patrons with 3 other employees at the bar than taking care of patrons.
Food was fine, I had a beer- it was cold.
Maybe some leadership during the dinner hour would help. Could be better, could be worse.
Love coming here, food is always great, staff is friendly, service is always good. Last few times ive been here they were out of the food items I was looking forward too, but there was other items on the menu that made up for that.
Worst service I ever experienced. Me & my family decided to spend my Mother’s Day dinner at this establishment … And the moment we walked in the energy was off instead of being greeted properly we got side eyes and placed in a corner where it was too much traffic going back and forth . My 3 year old couldn’t even sit comfortably in his high chair with out having to keep moving him because of the people walking back and forth . We ordered our food and had to ask the waiter MICHAEL G 2 to 3 times how long would it be for our food to be ready . Every time he didn’t know and was confused , he really didn’t show any interest. Our food finally came 45mins later our food look like it was sitting that whole time , it wasn’t hot . Our server Michael confirmed that it was sitting there and when I told him how my food looked his response was “ I don’t know I just work here” . I was very disappointed. He was more happy to get us out of there once we said we didn’t want to dine there any more . Once we got home to eat the food was nasty and didn’t have no meaning/ thought into the presentation. We will not be eating here AGAIN AND WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE . Do better as a whole .
