We had Katie for a server.She had a nasty attitude from the start. When we sat down we had a wet table and I asked if we could have some napkins to dry it.She said”It’s just sanitizer!” I said well we don’t want a wet table.She then brought us napkins. My food was not warm. My client needed change to tip and I asked her for change for a $5 and snatched the money out of my hand.I bring clients her all the time and definitely don’t want her again. My client even asked if she did something to make her mad. The staff is usually great with my clients and they always want to come here.Very disappointed.
This Applebee's had good food. The service was definitely on the slower side for some reason. They weren't that busy and we didn't order a lot of food. The pretzel sticks, mozzarella sticks, chips with dip were all good. The boneless wings had a lot of breading and were over cooked which made them very hard. Some alcoholic drinks came out tasting really good with the right amount of alcohol, other ones didn't seem to have that much. All in all, not a terrible place but, service and food could have been better.
I ordered delivery just before 11 PM and it was the absolute best dinner I’ve had in months. I ordered the shrimp & Parmesan sirloin and it’s my new favorite. Thank you so much for such a nice late night dinner. I appreciate the time you took to prepare it at the end of your day. Bravo!! I’ll be back!!
I went last week with my boyfriend and we were beyond disappointed. We got seated quickly and got our order taken. Our waitress came back after about 20 minutes and said our food should be out shortly. Another 10 minutes she comes back and says it should be almost done. About another 20 minutes later she says it was never put into the system and she had to retake our order. About an hour we waited for our food! It felt like she kept lying to us about it being almost done, you’d think after the second time “checking” she would know and tell us so we could decide to wait or go elsewhere. Our food was good, but we just waited since we waited so long already, it was beyond frustrating.
The atmosphere was definitely very family friendly and fun, nothing too wild and crazy but just right. Our server was very busy but tended to us as best as she could! The food was great and our server was so nice! Thank you
The food was absolutely delicious. Not only that but our server was very nice and took good care of us. I enjoyed myself and so did the rest of my family. We'll definitely be frequent customers.
* I was informed by the bartender that they've been without WiFi for several weeks with no idea when it will be restored.
* One of the monitors was blank and all others were on only 1 out 3 NFL games that were being televised.
* I ordered the all you can eat wings at the bar. They wait until you're completely done with your plate before they ask if you want more. Then, they take 20 minutes to bring you 5 wings. By the time I got my "2nd refill" I had been there for a full hour, so I took them home. I won't be coming back to this place again any time soon.
I had the meatless burger with steamed broccoli. This was the best meal. The burger was seasoned to perfection & the broccoli was devine. Our waitess was polite & helpful. I can't wait to go back!
