This Applebees is closer to home located. I have been going here with my son for a while. The Atmosphere is quiet and waiters are great and wait time is never too crazy compared to the Erskine Gateway Mall. Also with Target upstairs and Homegoods around the corner, it is a perfect location. Food was great and drinks too. I love the chicken wonton tacos as an appetizer and also artichoke and spinach dip with Salsa. The Sangria from the Bar is good too. Prices are reasonable. Definitely will keep coming back here!!! Love it????????????
The Buffalo boneless wings are disgusting, The waiter took 15 minutes to tend to us and another 35 to get us our food we got boneless wings, shrimp, and two drinks. The man after 20 minutes returned to ask us what we had ordered, after another 10 minutes he brought us our food, but no drinks. Instead he brought a water. His attitude is not fit for a workplace and it seemed as if he was under the influence of something. THE MAN BROUGHT OUT CIGARETTES AT THE TABLE
The food was incredible, ordered chicken with fries and it was juicy, hot, and flavorful. The meal was pretty filling. The customer service is also phenomenal, the waiter was really nice and caring, had a really nice conversation with him, he made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Loved the experience.
The food was great the staff was awesome. They took pride in making sure we had an enjoyable time at this location. The coffee could have been a little bit hotter but no bad reflections on staff. I am just picky. That's why people trust my honest fair balanced reviews. Continued success and the bottom line. I would come here again and I recommend if you are in the neighborhood. We have been waiting for over 1/2hr for our drinks he brought the appetizer and no plates to share the appetizers stating that they have no dishes! This is the last time that I will come here, it is the worse
I can't believe I have eaten inside after all these months. It was scary but this establishment was very thorough, concise and conscientious all the while adhering to the recommended government covid guidelines. Everyone did their duty to provide a safe and clean environment during this crazy time. The food was amazing as usual!
Came in and was greeted and sat but the waiter didn’t come for almost 30 mins and my pregnant friend n child was starving we had to get up and ask the lady at the bar for a server and he came 5 minutes later took our order and the wait for the food and drinks was ridiculous because they wasn’t even busy. We ate food was ok chicken was cooked to hard so barely ate but thank god we had fries the drinks was ok .. but overall I don’t know if they was understaffed but they need to do better !
I’m here sitting at the bar and my experience is going well. Beautiful light skin shorty with the bob makes drinks very well not to strong not to weak. Applebees better keep her around lol. My tacos were good and I’m satisfied b
