It has been like five years or so since I have came here. This time I find that the service could have been more frequent, however they were very friendly. The food is not that good, the steak wuz one of the worse I have had, the spinach dip had no flavor and is microwaved. The curly fries were very good though!!!
My dining companion and I arrived for lunch at 11:55a on Sunday, May 5, 2024, and we were seated right away, as the restaurant was not busy - maybe only a half dozen tables had customers. A few minutes later, someone - not sure if it was our waitress or not, as she never introduced herself - asked us "if we wanted anything to drink while we waited" - and both my companion and I said "no, thank you". I was perplexed by her comment of "while we waited", but I left it at that. The same person walked by our table several times and never said one word to us. After twenty minutes of not being waited on, we left. Not one person came by to take our order, or to check on us - or anything. As we left the restaurant, the hostess said - "have a nice day", to which I replied, "I can't have a nice day if I sit there for twenty minutes and get absolutely no service", to which the hostess had no response. I understand the hostess was young and probably doesn't have much business world experience, but this also tells me that the management at this particular location does not offer the proper training to their employees. We have also had dining experiences at this location with poor service, including waitresses not telling ust their names or not checking in on us on a consistent basis during our meal, so this most recent experience is definitely not a one-time incident. I honestly do not expect much from Applebee's, but basic customer service should be a standard in any business.
Alexis N was absolutely amazing! She was very kind and friendly. Very prompt with meal and drinks! Even dealt with my drink order well! Food was delicious and dessert was amazing!
The service, food and wait time was excellent. My waitress Alexis N was the best. She made sure my food was hot, her conversation was great and she made sure I always had full drinks. Her and her manager Franklin who stopped by the table to check on use were the best.thanks Applebees keep up the good work.
Great vibes, great food, and great service! Abby took good great care of us at the bar! (And I would say that even if she didn’t need the cardboard “Breaking Bad” cutout)???? Cooks did their thing and provided one of the best Applebee’s steaks to date. Drinks were on point! If you’re thinking about stopping by…. DO IT!!!????
I've been going here for a while now. I've a had a good amount of things off the menu. I like this applebees. The service is really good, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed, and the food is consistent. I would've given five stars, but I've been here a couple times and have had the cooks mess up the order. I'd go there right now if you're hungry.
Alexis was our waitress and she was just great. Fast service, good attitude:) put up with me and my stupid friends, and helped me out when I couldn’t figure out how to pay online???? would definitely come back
Had to get our own silverware, my steak looked and tasted like shoe leather. When waitress asked how everything was we told about it. She said they would make another one but it would be the same result. Table was sticky. Chips in appetizer were stale. Will not go back and will tell people to not go there. For what we received the price was outrageous.
