Update: dropped a star because they claim to be open late but turn people away 35 minutes before their posted closing time.

It's an Applebee's, so the 5 stars for the food is based on expectations for an Applebee's. This is one of the better ones. The place was clean, service was good, and the food was consistent with a good presentation. The beer was reasonably cold. This location has a larger craft beer selection than most Applebee's. It has plenty of seating and a few large tables for groups. The staff is pretty happy and friendly.
Beautiful evening and thought to have some snacks with drinks. I as usual picked my favourite drink which is #beer and my partner picked cocktail. I ordered Draft Beer #stellaartois and my partner ordered #cocktail #margarita .
For snacks we ordered combo classic platter.
????Today we went to get lunch at Applebee's party 3, the food was really good and the service was amazing, thank you Richard for assisting us you were really polite and every 5 to 7 minutes you will pass by to see if everything was okay, it is really hard to find good help like the one Richard was providing, definitely will be back, once again thank you Richard, and all colleagues! ????????
I was pleased that the food came out fast and hot. I got salmon and broccoli. I loved the salmon. It was made perfectly with the little dark crispy edges how I like. It was not crowded on a Sunday
I never leave reviews on bad services at restaurants.I used to be a waitress and I know that sometimes giving a 5 star service is hard but wao these servers need improvement. As soon as it took 20 min for the waiter to take our orders and on top of that he disappeared and forgot one of the drinks I felt very disappointed. I saw another waitress move but mine was about to fall asleep. Dirty tables. This location needs better service skills and motivation.
Our server was very attentive and efficient! She checked up on us regularly, refilled our drinks, and was fast. Food was great, would come back!
The worst car side to go ever. They almost never come out to the car. Today I actually went through the automated system and all and still had to call and still nobody came to great me, get payment, nothing. I had to call 2x after confirming my arrival. And then I still had to go inside. When voicing my complaint to the manager she basicly dismissed me because I was upset and my volume was above normal. (When I normally am actually a very much louder person but due to my headache I was not as loud.)
And all of this for a kids pasta with broccoli. It took 30 minutes on a to go order.
Customer service is just not the same anymore.

When my babby finally got to eat the pasta was dry and had like no chicken. Maybe 3 tiny pieces. If that. And the steamed broccoli was barely cooked. This went from one of the top Applebee's in Jersey to the worst. So disappointing.
