Service was okay, but the ribs were horrible. They were tough and hard to chew, tear off, or even use a knife to cut them. No ribs should ever need to be cut with a knife. I figured after relaying this message to the manager and only eating half, they would have discounted or taken it off the bill. Fat chance with that. Paid the entire bill. Won't go back again. Don't let this picture fool you. It does look good but definitely was completely opposite.
I live around the corner from the establishment for 4 years, and decided to pop in to watch some basketball. I was shocked that they have 2 for 1s on some of their draft's at the bar. I was greeted by Amanda, who was the bartender for the night. Amanda provided amazing service, and very observant of her guest's in her area as well, which I value a lot. Definitely would come back again, it was not too busy of a night.
Great food, and honestly, the only reason I give service 3 stars was because Anthony earned the only stars for service there. All servers were too distracted and avoided eye contact, but Anthony literally ran between the bar and the table to serve us and the mountain of drink orders from all the tables all at once. On top of that, he was super sweet to us and anyone he talked to! He literally saved our experience from being terrible singlehandedly.
I was not expecting the live DJ and the music that was playing but it was a nice vibe. The food was good . The server ....I think was tired or maybe her pregnancy was giving her issues. Her attitude was a little bipolar. She sat us right near the door. I'm always cold so I NEVER sit near the entrance where the cold air is coming in. I was trying to ask for another seat but she was already walking away. She forgot a few things....one was my second drink. By the time it reached my table, it was watered down from sitting. I had to ask for napkins and such.
The chicken wanton tacos were delicious and the chicken tenders were fried perfectly.
Can’t decide if whoever prepared this food was mad or if the restaurant sucks as a whole. For good measure they’ll get 1 star.

Kids tenders - old fries & dry chicken
Mashed potatoes - literally could have been the only saving grace if they didn’t give the dried out edge. Honestly can’t even bring myself to eat it.
I love this Applebee's location. From my server Destiny to the manager Mary, I am always treated like family. Destiny is so fast and efficient, you never have to look for her to ask for anything because she's always right there and on point. Mary the manager is an absolute doll. She always has a smile on her face, and she makes sure my food and drinks are to my liking. These are just some of the things that keep me coming back. Keep up the good work over there!

I come here a lot for the 2 for 1 drinks and sports. They have many TVs and very attentive bartenders, one of my favorite bartenders here is Amanda, who always works hard and makes sure her guests are taken care of! Food can be hit or miss but overall I enjoy coming here because of the friendly staff as well as the great drink deals.
