The dinner was ok, but service made my experience horrible. The server wasn’t professional, ll need more training. We put the request of our drinks(coke and lemonade) which was straight forward. We got those drinks after 20 min. We we ordered the 2 for 25$ and got delayed for a while and we received our salads way after finishing the main course. It was a horrible.
You can’t expect much…you’re at Applebee’s but this visit was beyond the pale. Roaches behind the wall graphics, management was rude and inconsiderate to say the least. I had to send my steak back because it was overcooked. The pasta dish my son ordered should not be meant for human consumption. So I could make an educated evaluation of his dish, I tried some and that’s when I requested the manager. He insinuated that we ate the entire dish and that’s when I pulled the plug on this epicurean nightmare. Beware of this location, eat at your own risk. Say hello to my new roach buddies while you’re there. PS…our waiter was very friendly and polite. Kudos for him! The manager however was quite the opposite.
Alexis P. was our server and he provided an excellent experience! Food and drinks came out fast and on point! The manager came by to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The bartender made amazing drinks! We'll definitely be coming back to be served by Alexis!
I'm not one to leave reviews but manager Carlos took care of us very professionally. Some seating issues caused us to be sat inside when we wanted to be outside and he personally served us outside and took care of our drinks for the night. Can easily see why he is a manager.
A decent Appleby's. The atmosphere was really nice, the washroom were clean and the server was both nice and accomodating. The kids menu was sufficient for the kids. The food was good. I had the grilled chicken burger, highly recommend it.
Always a nice place to go. Food and drinks were really good, the service was good and the food came fast.
We saw no one at where people take us to sit, so we just sat down at a random table. And then this red haired girl with a cherry ???? nitted accessorie for her hair, was pissed off because of what we did. Then, she sat us at a table and thought we only talked Spanish so in English she was talking about how we did the wrong thing, I was kinda offended and plus it was my first time going there. It was the worst experience of my life, it was last Sunday not to long ago. I'm never going there again but the boy that servers drinks to people was the kindest ever a better person than the red head girl.
I like the food at this place and is very affordable. I recommend the burgers they are super good and tasty I feel like each location has their own ambience I didn’t like this one in particular. The server was nice and on top of everything but the host was kind of rude and there was a wait line but to be fair it was raining
