Gemma, understands that I have really sensitive teeth (plus a low pain threshold) and explains everything she is going to do, so that I'm prepared for blast of air, water, drilling, injections ect. She very patient and calming as talks me through the on going procedure.
Great practice! They get the priorities right. They try and get you in as soon as possible for painful problems and then work out a treatment plan. Good availability to see the dentist for checkups, etc. Efficient, friendly receptionists and dentists that are friendly, professional and give you confidence in your treatment.
I have been a patient for many years and have always been greeted warmly by the helpful receptionists. I have been under the care of a few dentists over the years, but each one has been professional, thorough and given excellent treatment. In a world of ever shrinking dentist surgeries, I feel very fortunate that Apple is still offering superb NHS care.
The information that I was given by the dentist was informative and helpful. But I was under the impression that under band 1 NHS treatment I should have received a scale and polish, this didn’t happen. The receptionist after my appointment was over was very helpful and a credit to the practice.
Gemma was very friendly and caring. She explained extremely well the work that she was going to carry out and gave me the different options available before a final decision was made. During the procedure she was always asking how I felt and gave position encouragement.
Lovely friendly staff. Made me feel very welcome and at ease. I requested an urgent appointment, even though I was not a patient yet they did their best to accommodate me.
For someone who like many does not relish the trip to the dentist, the staff could not be more friendly, helpful, caring and understanding. Along with their professional conduct, Apple dentist has boosted my confidence in attending the dental practice and reassured me of any worries that occur pre and post treatment. Highly recommended.
This practice is so good, they are so family friendly. I take 3 kids at the same time, and they make it fun and relaxed. My toddler thinks dentist appointments are exciting and he absolutely loves our dentist.
