I took my SUV to be inspected and failed for a safety violation. They got my SUV in 3 days later, fixed the issue and reinspected my suv in an hour. Quick service, good price, no shenanigans. I plan to return for future work on my SUV. ????

The owner of this business is extremely unpleasant and disrespectful, with a horrible attitude.
If I could, I would give him no star.
If you need your motorcycle inspected, head to Flamingos on Wednesdays or Affordable Auto Glass Inc in West Springfield Monday through Friday before 3:45 p.m.
Lady at the front desk is super nice, but the skinny guy who does the inspections is just a rude tool. Can't recommend in good faith, go somewhere else if you need your vehicle inspected for the state. Good luck!

Went for motorcycle inspection 2 days
in a row, first day I got there just after 3 and they said they stop inspections at 3. Okay that’s a little early, but no big deal. Next day I was able to get over there at 2:40, and the kid says “done with motorcycles at 2:45”, and I told him what time it was and he turned me away. Owner backed him up, and they were both very cold. I’ll never go back.
Guy doing the inspections was just rude. Never will I return.
Very unfriendly. Likes to yell orders at customers. "GO SIT OVER THERE, NO INSPECTIONS UNTIL 1" or "REGISTRATION!" when you already gave the registration to the office. If you don't mind getting barked at, it's a good place to go!
Needed a professional to check a truck frame for rust...Ray took my son in within a day to help out and guide him on what needed to be addressed. Referred us to a local welder to complete the job.
