I have been working for this company since 2017 from my very first week my life has changed. This does not feel like a job to me. This is my family I could not imagine working for any other company and I’ve been doing this for over 25 years. If you go to work for them and actually do what you’re supposed to do with this job, you will not be disappointed, but remember truck drivers are a rare breed APL is the best
I enjoy working with this company, I do feel like family with my fellow drivers and staff. I have been with the company for 9 months. I make good money with my work ethic here. I started July of 2023 and I love it here my dispatcher vlad is a great guy I get my loads and I’m left alone to do my job no one calling me telling me how to drive or trying to hold my hand. In less than 5 months I’ve driven through all 48 states and I love it
Every company has there ups and downs .. but, this company has more ups than downs .. been here for a year . I left due to my license being suspended (non-moving violation) and they completely understood and allowed me to come back. CEO of the company called and checked in on me while my license was suspended for 3 months ..this is the Longest I ever been with a company since having my CDL .

If I could leave 0 stars I would.. if you value your CDL A license do not work for these people.. the lies started at orientation.. Greg one of the owners all out lies to you about pay and ,drop n hook and loads.. this company doesn't charge shippers detention pay.. so you will be sitting at customers docks for 4-8 hours... They did not pre trip or road test us at orientation... They let me go on my first run knowing my dot screen wasn't back yet...and made me stop 5 days later in another state and never payed me for forcing me to shut down... All their after hours and dispatchers are from Russia..you can't understand any of them so they are useless to say the least ..if you have a question..they send you a video to watch when your supposed to watch while in sleeper birth..
which is illegal... The dispatcher constantly tells you you can use PC to advance your load when your out of hours ... They run states that require permits and don't have them.. also I was assigned a truck with fleas or bedbugs .. when I told management,they told me to buy a mattress cover... This company will also keep your last paycheck... Stay away... Their are way to many other companies that will treat you better and that run legal. we have already started the process of getting my pay back and investigating the illegal activities that this company practices.
Offered $.60 per mile plus quarterly bonuses. 70 mile an hour truck. Only hiccup is bonus based on fuel efficiency with no APU would be hard, if not impossible to achieve during the summer.
