Please think carefully and ask for exchange or refund before you buy. The receptionist does not tell you you can’t exchange or return. Literally bought 10 min ago and realised it was for body and wanted to return or exchange for the face product. But they said it’s no returnable for cream product. So I would take it as a lesson. :)

Possibly the worst pharmacy I have encountered. Unhelpful to the point they were happy to ignore me struggling to breathe. The experience brought me to tears...really terrible treatment towards another human being. Please avoid if you actually need help/advice.
Such a good pharmacy with lovely & caring employees, not often you see that in London! Definitely recommended and very reliable for prescriptions and advice.
Walked in having an asthma attack and asked them for help. Point blank refused and told me to ring 111. Awful people.
Do not use this pharmacy. Massively over-charged me for covid test £5/ test. I wrongly assumed would be fixed price. Horrified that they are exploiting people purchasing Covid tests. £1.89 at other pharmacies.
Not friendly at all and quite rude staff
£5 limit to use a card. Who carries cash?
