Located in the thriving city of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Antojitos Mexicanos is a hidden gem that offers a gourmet tour into the heart of Mexico. I recently went to this restaurant, and I had a great time, and I want to tell you about it.
I was immediately taken to a raucous Mexican festival after entering Antojitos Mexicanos. The restaurant's vibrant furnishings, cheery soundtrack, and welcoming atmosphere made it the ideal setting for an authentic eating experience. With her warm and helpful service, our waitress Maria gave our meal a personal touch.
Let's go on to the pièce de résistance, the bocadillos. Antojitos Mexicanos raises the bar for bocadillo craftsmanship significantly.
I always drove pass this restaurant and today I finally took the time to visit. I ordered a dish called “flautas” with a side of rice and beans. To start off with the rice was hard and it seemed to be reheated. The beans were fine just a bit salty. The flautas were extremely hard and over fried. I won’t be visiting again.
Food was good
Had the greatest tacos last night top tier! The Tortilla alone was the first sign that they know what they are doing. Service was excellent, can’t wait to go back !
It’s been very difficult to find great authentic Mexican cuisine in South Florida. I needed to look no further when I found Antojitos Mexicanos. Truly authentic food with A+ preparation and taste. Everything is fresh and they have plenty of unique and authentic dishes. This is definitely the go-to spot in the Fort Lauderdale area for delicious and authentic Mexican food!
I ask for a mangonada they gave icecream mango ????bad never going again to this place
The food is not good and the service is horrible ???? the waitress is slow and was on her phone constantly. She forgot one of the three orders placed and got one of the orders wrong. Didn’t bring utensils nor offered salsa for the food. Will never eat here again. So dissatisfied and disappointed
